Rosier Mansion ((located in London NOT in HOGWARTS...aka you cannot go there...))

Kiara held the vial tight.

"Mudblood huh? tell me does that term include half bloods now? Miss Casillas is the heir the Pureblood Casillas family in Spain, and I am afraid Miss Casillas's mother was also a talented witch as well. It seems Tom the only People in here with dirty blood are you and me"

Kiara tensed knowing what she said would strike a cord somewhere.

Surprisingly Voldemort said nothing; did nothing. The fingers of his hand still reached for the vial and his eyes went to it as if it were his last hope.

"I am without soul and heart. Words do not affect me. You can thank Harry Potter for that. Now, give me the Elixir."

Kiara looked to Diana and then at Voldemort.

"I won't give it to you until you let the girl go, Don't think for a minute I am going to trust you to let her leave once I hand it over to you"

Another silent spell shoved Diana, rather roughly into Kiara.

"You have her now." Voldemort stated as if Kiara was blind.

Remembering the unbreakable spell on the Vial Kiara returned the favor and throw the Vial in Voldemorts general direction.

Then she turned to Diana.

"Run!" she said as she took out her wand and cast several stunners behind her.

(Hope you don't mind going along for the ride Lustre)

Edmund cast a Protego and was able to deflect all but one of the stunners. Voldemort chuckled humourlessly as Corin was rennervated.

"At last, I have it." he crooned, holding up the vial to see it better. Having nothing to lose, and the patience of a five year old, he opened the vial and poured its contents into his mouth.

Edmund and his sons backed away from their lord as a strange light began to flood the room. There was the distinct sound of a woman's voice muttering something in a variety of languages. The ground shook violently as the voice increased in volume.

Lord Voldemort stretched his hands out as a powerful force lifted him into the air and light began to pour from his body. There was a blinding flash of light and the Rosiers had to cover their ears and eyes.

When a still silence returned over the room, they looked almost fearfully over at their master to find him gone. Where the dark lord had stood there was a young man with short brown hair and a cynical expression. Tom Riddle had been renewed.

Kiara looked back in horror, as the potion she had been hoping would kill Voldemort restored him instead....... and she helped carry it out. A part of her wondered what would happen if she cast the killing curse right then and there.

Desperate, so utterly desperate that it went against every single morel she had and she didn't care.

Lifting her wand and taking at aim at Voldemorts renewed body she cast the curse.

"Avada Kedavra "

Waves of light were still passing over Lord Voldemort as he stood in his renewed body.

Kiara's killing curse struck him full in the side, turning the white light red and deflecting it off into a wall. At once Edmund and his sons began to cast curses at Kiara, many of them unforgivables. Yet, Lord Voldemort stood untouched as the light diminished and he pulled his wand from his pocket.

"You had better run while you can, Kiara." he laughed.

((well it was worth a try))

Kiara ran a head to catch up with Diana, Dodging curses as she went.

A cutting curse managed to hit her twice on the back and once on the arm.

Then finally they were in an area where they could apperate out, quicky grabing Diana's arm she side longed apperated out of what know had become a war zone it seemed.

(back to hogwarts)

Right as Kiara apparated, Lord Voldemort shuddered and fell to the ground, clutching the side where the killing curse had not almost hit.

Edmund abandoned Kiara to help his master. "Is there something wrong with the potion?" he asked, fearful. Voldemort groaned as pain assailed him.

"The elixir worked well." he stated, using all of his newly gained strength to rise to his full height.

((Since I act the Rosier family and seem to be acting Lord Voldie as well... I will have to double post to keep you all informed of what is going on...))

Lord Voldemort smiled at himself in a full length mirror. He was dashing and handsome once again, no older than 25. And yet, he felt tired and pain assailed his every move. There was nothing wrong with the elixir, of that he was certain and yet. He cursed and turned from the mirror.

"Edmund!" he shouted, happy that his voice had youthful strength. "It is time to ask for the Viper's assistance."

((note he is referring to the viper family not professor viper...))

((Edmund has sent his youngest son, Corin to Viper Manor...))

Corin Rosier apparated in front of Rosier Mansion and entered, bowing to Lord Voldemort who greeted him silently at the door.

"What did she say?" Voldemort asked, pinning the younger man with a icy glare. Corin barely flinched.
"She will find out all she can and serve you gladly, my lord. I would trust her."

Lord Voldemort chuckled. "So the Viper has bitten you, has she? Yes, she posesses great beauty, or so I'm told. But I will decide whom to trust and whom not to. Now get out of my sight."

Corin ground his teeth but left the room, obediently.

Viper approached Rosier Mansion, covered with a black cloak to disguise herself from unwanted eyes. Raising her hand, she knocked on the ancient doors, adrenaline and excitement coursing through her.

Vivian Roiser opened the door and ushered Viper in. The room was empty and lights low, creating a den of sorts from the large sitting area. Lord Voldemort entered and gestured for Viper to seat herself as he sat in a high backed chair.

"I trust you were successful?" he drawled.

Viper raised an eyebrow at Voldemort's current state. Her early memories of him were nothing like the person before her now. Truth be told he looked like a monster. Now..well, he looked very impressive.

Remembering herself, she quickly curtseyed before taking her seat. "Yes, my Lord."

Lord Voldemort nodded and leaned as far back as his chair would allow him.
"Tell me all you found out."

As quickly and clearly as she could, Viper told the dark lord all the facts Professor Delanquar had relayed to her, earlier that evening. When she finished, she kept her gaze upon Voldemort's face, praying that she had satisfied him.

"A bond?" Lord Voldemort stroked his smooth chin and rose from the chair. "You are a potion's mistress, Viper. Tell me what you think of excessum."

Viper sighed, pondering what to say for in truth she had some vey strong opinions on it, " I believe that had it been brewed in the right circumstances by the right creator, it would be highly effective and successful. However, that is not the case this time. The excessum has bound you to Professor Delanquar, therefore all that she is noursihes you. Unfortunetly, she is old and weak. A cripple. May I be so bold as to inquire on your current health, my lord?"

He looked away, not wanting this young member of his loyal brood to see how weak he felt.
"You may." he said finally. "I feel great pain in my legs and hip, which leads up to pain in my sides and chest. I am tired." Lord Voldemort then grinned.
"So I am bound to Eglantine Rosier. How fortunate."

Viper pouted slightly, feeling a pang of jealousy for Eglantine for, at least for the time being, one with Voldemort. She smiled shyly, her natural flirtatious side leaking out. "If only you were bound to someone younger. Someone..more than willing to be bound to you forevermore." remembering that she was talking to the Dark Lord and not some teen Viper quickly straightened herself out.

"Perhaps there are ways to ease the situation. I gave Eglantine a pain relief potion an hour ago. Have you felt any relief since then?"

"Yes." Lord Voldemort stated, ignoring Viper's flirtations. Now was not the time for things of that nature. "A younger healthier person might make a physical bonding easier, but there is a mental bond as well. At times, I can feel something she does. And now that her pain is mine and mine hers, I will have added another ward so to speak from injury. If they know they will kill their professor then they will hesitate to attack me."

Viper nodded, well aware that he had ignored her advancements. It didn't matter, however, for at this moment, Voldemort was a man. And no man had ever stopped Viper from getting what she wanted. So, ignoring his dismissal she proceeded onto business. "Perhaps...but Eglantine does seem like a self-sacrificing type. Especially if the price is right. If ever she believed that she could defeat you by killing herself, I have no doubt she will do it. After all, her quality of life is quite poor, given the recent years so she may feel that she has close to nothing to lose."

"Indeed..." Lord Voldemort clasped his hands behind his back and began to pace. He was able to ignore the pain in his legs easily.
"Then we must ensure that she has something to live for..." He seated himself once more and called for Edmund.

Edmund entered the room from his study and bowed low. "How may I serve you master?" he asked, still bent.
"Help Viper find your sister's secrets. I want to know everything about who I am bound to."
If Edmund Rosier was confused or puzzled by Lord Voldemort's statement, he hid it well.
"As you wish, my lord."
