Casey winked and whispered "Hey if a Slytherin and Gryffindor can be all mushy and sweet together and the sky doesn't fall, then I think it is alright if we are just friends"

Kiara sighed with relief, Really she couldn't take anymore drama.

Then her danm lungs started to tighten again.

"Oh not now..." she breathed out a each breath got harder and harder.

Darien's expression became hardened and infanthomable. The face he used while thinking.
She knew...
But would she tell anyone?
And what was happening to the Headmistress?
"Headmistress, is something wrong?"

Kiara bit her lip and tried to regain control over her breathing.

"Oh... Nothing..don't mind...me, I will be fine.... this happenes all the time... excuse me"

She took out her cloth and potion, the vapor from her potion gave temporary relief.

And she brought the cloth up to her mouth and breathed.

Darien blinked confusedly. What was wrong with the Headmistress?
He turned to his new friend.
"Not meaning to be rude or anything, but what happens to you at full moon?"

Casey looked at the Headmistress in worry, she could hear the short gasps coming from her lungs, there was something damaging them.

She looked over at Darien and raised her eyebrow.

"With or without Wolfsbane potion?"

"Without."
Darien was wondered if it was anything like when he changed and lost his human senses.

Casey's darkened,

"I turn into a monster, I forget everything and everyone in my human life. She will attemt to kill any human she sees. Even if it is a person I love, it doesn't matter. That is why I take Wolfsbane, it allows me to keep my mind during the transforation and it makes it a lot less painful"

"What about animals? Would you attack them?"

Casey bit her lip and thought about it.

"I don't think so, not in the way she would attack a human anyway. Then again she would have accept them into her pack first"

Darien ran a hand through his hair.
"Wolf packs are so confusing. They just complicate everything. I don't know how natural wolves survive..."

Kiara having caught her breath again answered.

"It is in their nature Mr. Vaight it comes to them by instinct, The biggest, strongest and smartest are the leaders. While the weaker, smaller ones are lower on the poll"

Darien smiled slightly. "Well, I'm glad the school isn't full of wolf animagi, I'd probably be the smallest..." He concentrated and shrank down onto all fours, becoming his wolf self, grinning wolfishly.
For a wolf he was pretty small, with grey fur on his back and forepaws, the rest of him covered in white fur, apart from tinges of black around his ears, a reminder of his black human hair.

Kiara smiled, "Don't count your self out yet Mr. Vaight your not finished growing yet. Although werewolves are conciderably bigger then normal wolves" she said casting a glance at Casey.

"Whatever you decide to do about wolfpack thing keep that in mind Mr. Vaight. Miss Silvertounge isn't a normal wolf"

The wolf Darien nodded.
The human Darien appreciated the weirdness of a wolf nodding.
A wolf nodding? Unique I'm sure...
Silence...growl...Ana...
Wow, a whole new level of sophistication for you Darien.

Casey laughed,

"I don't think we will need to worry about that, professor Viper taught me how to make Wolfsbane Potion today, so unless you are unfortuate enough to ecounter me while not under the potion influence, otherwise I will be in control"

Viper raced into Kiara's office as quickly as she could. Earlier a rumor reached her ears that one of the rarest ingredients ever: Heart of a Merman was up for grabs and Viper jumped at the opportunity. Except, things didn't go as plan and Viper now rested against Kiara's door, soaking wet with a trident jammed into her chest with cuts everywhere throughtout her body, water and blood soaking the ground aroubnd her. She ignored everything, clutching a pure gold jar close to her.

As breathing became more and more difficult, she frantically knocked on Kiara's door

Kiara jerked her head up at the hurried knock on her door.

She was it seemed a popular person today. Waving her wand she opened the door.

"What is it?"

Viper raised an eyebrow at Kiara's nonchalancy. "You're bloody Professor -forgive the pun- is bleeding to death on your door and 'what is it' is all you say? What the hell, Kiara?"

((Hey she doesn't see her until she comes into the office!!!))

Seeing the state the potions Professor was in Kiara jumped to her feet.

"What happened to you now?"

Summoning one of her healing potions she rushed over to Viper.

((lol, I know. But Viper doesn't...she's got a trident jammed into her chest...))

Viper sighed. "Ever heard of the all amazing potions ingredient Mermaid's Heart? Worth a fortune, if someone's lucky enough to get it. 750,000 galleons!"

She shifted a bit in an effort to get more comfortable. "Rumor has it that a Merman died a few days ago. I figured it would be a brilliant, once in a lifetime, opportunity for me. Problem was, it was the Mer-King that died..."

Arriving at Vipers side Kiara banished the trident from Vipers chest and quickly spilled her healing potion on top of the blood socked wound.

"Viper please tell me you didn't rip out their kings heart" Kiara said desperately. If the was one thing about mermpeople Kiara knew what that the loved there royalty.

Viper stared at the Headmistress. "Very well. I did not rip out their King's heart." she paused for a moment. "But that's a lie."

Kiara groned "I hate dealing with merpeople..." basicly because one need to go underwater to talk to them.

"They are going to cause havc on the grounds until you give that heart back to them you realize that"

Viper gaped. "Why? It's not as though they need it! Kiara, really! This," she clutched the golden jar. "has endless opportunities for potions."
