Entrence Hall

Kiara walked down the hall intending on going back to her quarters when she just happened to look up to see to Hufflpuffs she hadn't met before, which she thought was strange as she usually put face to name rather easily.

She watched them curiously, why couldn't she remember not seeing them before?

"Good afternoon" she said.

The twins both froze as Kiara, or Kay K as they had referred to her in their time spoke to them... It was like a dream.
"Hello, Headmistress." they said in unison.

Kiara still couldn't place them, they knew who she was it was strange, she thought she would have remembered 2 hufflepuff twins.

"How are on this afternoon? Mr's...?" she ask inquiring as to what there last name was.

"Fred and Frank Lanford, Ma'am." Ean answered, both of them bowing their heads politely.
"Awfully nice seeing ya, Madame." Ewan commented, backing away.

Kiara smiled, though she was still confused, the names still didn't ring a bell.

"Strange...." she thought.

"Yes, likewise you two. Have a nice day" she said with a friendly voice and a nod of her head.

The "Lanford" twins hurried forward, both breathing a sigh of relief, but happy to have seen her.
"She is so much more happy and friendly in the past..." Ean whispered. Ewan nodded. Their memories of the woman were slight since they had only been five when she had died... but they had very good memories, plus a pensieve full of them from their father and brother.

Esis saw them to the front entrance and gave her farewells to them through kisses on the cheeks and a bag of chocolate for Edwin. Wincing at the gift, Eglantine glared at her cousin.
"What?" Esis looked terribly innocent as she wiped her lipstick from Edwin's cheek. "He won't eat it all."
"I'll help him, no need to worry, love." Horatio assured her, winking at Esis. They shared a chuckle as Eglantine took the chocolate from the delighted child.
"Mama!" Edwin whined, not happy to have his treasures stolen.
"You can have it later, lieb." she assured, not wanting a hyper child just before they boarded a ship.

"Well you three enjoy your cruise and be sure to bring us all back a bunch of pics and souvenirs." Esis smiled, kissing her cousin's cheek again.
"Oh honestly, it will only be two weeks." Eglantine returned the gesture nonetheless.
"Two weeks is a long time to be away from this little darling." Esis pouted, fussing with Edwin's cap.
"Well... we should get a move on here." Horatio reminded the women, checking his watch as he juggled the bags.
"Hold the horses for Kiara... sheesh." Giggling, Esis glanced over her shoulder to see if Kiara was coming or not.

Kiara walked swiftly down the hall, her black and blue Robes trailing behind.

" Ah good I made it in time" she said slightly winded as she aporched the group and beamed at Eglantine and Horatio.

"Enjoy your time you two eh?" she said happy for her parents.

Then she looked down at little Edwin, "You have fun too Edwin, try not to make to much mischief for your Mama" she with a wink to the little boy.

Horatio chuckled and set all the bags down to embrace Kiara.
"We shall miss you, Kiara." he murmured, kissing her cheek.
Eglantine hugged her gently as soon as Horatio released her and Edwin gave her knees a brief squeeze as he beamed up at her.

"Be sure to send up an owl if anything happens." Eglantine murmured.
Horatio nodded.
"Indeed, we'd be glad to cut the cruise short for any problems."
Esis was planning on taking over most of Eglantine and Horatio's classes and Head of House work. Not that it really was that much, thanks to both of them being rather tidy people when it came to lesson plans and such...

"I will!" Edwin promised, obviously having no plans to break character. Esis chuckled.

Kiara smiled and hug them both back, she was so very happy for them and glad they finally decided to get on with it.

She nodded in agreement about contacting them in event of problems, prayed there wasn't anything they couldn't handle while they were away.

"I am sure we can manage most things, try to relaxe eg?*

She chuckled and patted Edwin lightly on the back of his head. "Have a blast okay, enough for both of us" said ruffleing his hair..

Gathering up the bags again to juggle, Horatio backed up toward the doors.
"You should know her better than that." he teased, earning himself a glare from Eglantine.
"I will try, dear." she sighed, kissing her daughter's forehead. "But do not let Esis give you all of her work."

Esis rolled her eyes and made shooing motions at the couple.
"Get lost will ya. You've said your farewells already."

Taking his mama's hand, Edwin waved back at Kiara and Esis as they exited the hall and boarded the waiting carriage.
