Entrence Hall

The twins entered the entrence hall and saw Professor Viper.

"Hello Professor Viper...."

"We haven't seen you in a while" they greeted.

Viper turned at the familiar voices and smiles. "Ah, Mr. and Ms.Avalon. How nice to see you both. I trust you are well?"

Ana wandered into the entrance hall.
"Hi Amy, Aiden, Professor Viper."

The smile on Viper's face grew ever so slightly. "Hello Ms.Vaight. Did you enjoy your holiday to your parent's home?"

Ana smiled.
"Most of it, thank you Professor. Father sends his regards."

Viper fought the smirk threatning to appear on her face. "Yes, how is your dear father?"

"He is very well Professor, well he would be better if it were not for my brother's inappropriate behavior." She rolled her eyes. "Darien and Diana are causing great pain to both families, although father is hopeful that problem will soon be dealt with."

Viper nodded. "As I thought it would, which is why I did not see reason to inform him of your brothers..public expressions of devotion towards one another." she said, a slight frown appearing on her face at the memory of her classroom being used in that manner. Suddenly she remembered the detention the lovebirds still owed her.

"Of course Professor." Ana smiled at the twins.
Darien's invited Diana to dinner at my house...Should've been pretty funny. She thought to them.

Viper nodded. "Would you all be so kind as to follow me into my office? I have something I wish to discuss with all of you and it is of utmost importance."

"Okay Professor."
What do you reckon's so important? Ana thought to the twins.

Viper nodded and without another word, lead the way to her office.

There was an uncomfortable silence between the two cousins as they arrived in the Entrance Hall.

They were both quiet the trip back to Hogwarts.

Nicolas decided to speak first. "You know, if Vaight hadn't..."

"Nicolas please just don't," Diana replied cutting him short. She sped up.

"No, hear me out." Nicolas said grabbing her arm. "Please Diana, I know you're angry at me. But I honestly was just trying to help you out."

"Help me by marrying me?" Diana said incredilous.

"Yes... no... I mean I wouldn't have let it gone that far." Nicolas said honestly. "Our engagement would have sedated the whole lot of them. It would have giving us freedom in away..."

Diana was about to speak but Nicolas was the one this time, who cut her off. "I wasn't going to go through with it."

"Sure say that now..." Diana muttered.

"No," Nicolas said, searching her eyes. "No, you have to know, I wasn't going to do it. I told Vaight all of those things just to mess with his head. But when it came down to it, I wasn't. Come on Diana, we've known each other for ages. I wouldn't do that to you."

Diana stared at him and said softly. "Yes, I knew."

"Good," Nicolas said relieved. Then he decided to lighten the mood. "You have to know prima, you aren't my type."

Diana grinned and slapped him the on shoulder.

Amy and Aiden walked into the enterence hall.

"I still can't believe you actually going with that jerk, can't you just stand him up or something?" Aiden asked not liking the idea of this sister going on a date with the guy.

"Aiden brother, if I stood him up he will keep on bugging us until he gets his way, like any other spoiled pure blood. I am going out with him once and that is it. Besides he isn't bad looking, it might not be that bad" said Amy.

"Don't let Darien here you say that" Aiden replied.

Artemis, Nicolas' owl flew over head and dropped the note and package right at Amy Avalon's hands.

((Open the note and I'll write out what it says))

Amy looked at the box and opened the note.

"Hmm"

The note said:

Amy,

I am looking forward to our trip to Hogsmeade together. As for now, I'm sending you this box of chocolates to enjoy.

P.S. Don't give any to Vaight or else.

Aiden read the letter over Amy's shoulder.

"Eww he sent you chocolates?... I think I am going to be sick" he said.

"Don't you dare, you get sick I get sick and I like chocolates... unless poisoned he them or something" said Amy as she examined the box, a slight blush was on her cheeks though.

"Err he better not have, probably charmed them to do something to Darien and Ana though"

((Ha ha! You are right!))

Bellatrix Rosier entered the hall, looking around to be certain she was alone. Of course she had to return to school someday and since she was now her brother's spy, Bella was slightly worried about seeing any students. After all she had left for no apparent reason and she hated explaining anything.

She waited for some time against the wall, her patience the only thing keeping her from becoming listless, until she heard the faint patter of feet on the stone. Soon she saw the child...Edwin DeLanquar, her cousin approach the heavy doors.

"Do you want out?" she asked, kindly. He nodded. Grinning wickedly, Bella opened one of the doors a crack and watched the boy disappear into the night. Of course she doubted that anything could happen to him as long as he remained on Hogwarts grounds...since there were wards and alarms everywhere, but she had a slight bounce to her step as she began to look for her Slytherin friends.

Kiara walked back into the Entrenc hall with Eglantine and Edwin with.

"Hiccup"

Going over to one of the portraits Kiara said "C could you inform Esis we found him p p pplease?"

The portrait of a fairy nodded. "Of course Head!" then she left.

"S ss she ss should be here ss ssoon" said Kiara still shivering.

Diana walked to the Entrance hall and stood waiting for Darien. She wore a comfortable plain black cloak.

Darien jogged into the Entrance Hall.
The duelling contest was starting in less than an hour... He had to find Diana and be there in about ten minutes.
He didn't know if the twins were already there or not, but if they weren't Ana could go back for them.
Why had she had to leave so early anyway?!
"Diana!" He grinned when he saw her.

"Hey Darien." Diana smiled. She hoped she knew what she was doing. She was getting herself into a pit of snakes.
