Opening the Door to the Vampire Hunter Headquarters, one would see a large Hall. Build mainly as a buffer zone if any Vampires decided to attack, it's ornate surroundings are magically charmed to start firing arrows with a silvery head to any Vampire who would dare.
Silver, unlike the other metals like lead and steel, will impair Vampires, almost as a normal human would be hurt if shot with an ordinary lead bullet. Though it doesn't kill Vampires straight off, one may have a chance to wound the Vampire badly enough to be able to have time to opt for a more suitable weapon.
Suitable weapons include:
-Flamethrower (Vampires aren't fire resistant)
-Wooden stake (a bit old fashioned, but it works like a charm)
-Holy Water (like acid for Vampires)
-Silver sword dipped in Holy Water (good for beheading)
-Shot gun with silver bullets (though it doesn't kill them right of the bat - excuse the pun - any attacker would probably back off if one shoots his head off)
-Any gun with silver bullets
-UV ray ball (a small magically packed ball that when activated by a Slayer, it will fill a small area with UV rays - and watch the Vampire's wonderful relationship with the sun)
If one is able to get past the primary charms to thwart Vampire attack (easy enough if one isn't a vampire, not so easy if one is) one will find themselves in front of a wall with a golden plaque. Written on the Golden Plaque is the Vampire Hunter Vow, the one that was made many years ago when a clan of vampires attacked a village in Sevilla, Spain.
It was a massacare to say the least, only a family of brothers were able to fend off their land. However, these brothers were no match for the blood hungry suckers that were centuries old and had senses that allowed them to kill humans as easily as a lion slays his prey. The brothers were eventually killed, however, the last brother surviving, on his last breath vowed that his heirs would not stop until all of the vampires that shared the blood of the vampire clan who killed his family and his village were dead. This vow was a very powerful spell, more powerful than the Unbreakable Vow, after all, the muse that fuels revenge is a vicious old thing. It allowed the man's heirs to receive enhanced senses, strength to rival the vampire's, and the ability to be immune to their charms - to level the playing field.
To enter the Hunter's Headquarters, one must simply put their hand over the plaque.
