Hospital Wing

Kiara shuddered and she looked like she was sucking on a lemmon.

"Errr, okay maybe I should have expected that,, and I know Voldemort doesn't look like it anymore but he is the same age as my father who would be in his mid 80's right now if he were still alive......"

Shuddering again and pushing her disgust aside she began to think.

"There has to be a reason Voldemort..... engaged in that"

Then she remembered the intence burn she felt from the mark around the same time Eglantine collaped.

"Another bond.." she said almost thinking aloud.

"If you are thinking what I think you are thinking. It would not work. A marriage bond or another bond of that nature would not break or "help" the excessum bond. If I know anything, I know my own creation." She brought her hand to her forehead.
"But if Miss Viper does attempt to bond with Him...I will be able to see her as well."

Kiara looked at Eglantine in sympathy,

"Is there anyway to block out the images? anyway at all?"

"I have stronger wards now. With enough time, I will be able to control them better."

Kiara sighed in relief,

"Good, I swear I don't think I moved so fast when I heard you scream"

Then perhaps it was due to the relief over worry about Eglantine, and the andreline wore off. But her left arm felt burnt, not the mark but her skin.

She pulled back her robe sleeve slightly and saw her skin around the mark was red, like it was sun burnt.

Eglantine gasped as she leaned over to see Kiara's arm. "You should have let me take care of it!" she admonished.

"I honestly didn't notice until now, after I got you to hogwarts the burning stopped..."

Kiara waved her wand and healing potion floated over to her, she uncapped it and rubbed it on her arm. After a minute the reddness faded.

"Perhaps it would be best if was removed I was foolish to think I could make it work. If something like this should happened again I may not be able to ignore it"

Kiara stopped suddenly feeling very stupid for even thinking of keeping it, it served her little purpose now.

Quietly if not alittle ashamed of herself she asked.

"When you are feeling well enough or when it isn't to much trouble, could you...umm try to remove it?"

Eglantine took Kiara's arm in her shaking hands and pulled her closer. "I shall do it now." she stated. Tracing a finger over the dark mark, she closed her eyes and shuddered.
"Relesser macula thanatos evincio morspurg reinigen tod cruor" the incantation was repeated seven times, the number of completion, and as the words were spoken, a black smoke began to leave Kiara's arm. The mark began to fade as the spell released it from the skin and blood. Soon as Eglantine ran her finger over the arm, it was bare and clean.

(english translation of incantation...Release death mark bind... death-cleanse... cleanse death blood)

Outside the hospital wing with her sister lying beside her still unconscious , Viper struggled to steady herself, dizziness and nauseau overpowering her. She eyed the massive amount of blood she was losing, much more than she had intended. "Idiot must have hit a vein.." she thought to herself as she slid unto the floor, her back against the wall as breathing became more and more difficult.

Kiara suddenly felt very light head once Eglantine removed the mark. She felt like she was going to faint.

" that took a lot"

Her head drooped and her blood felt cold. and the world around her seemed to go numb.

Fighting to stay awake she could guess why this was happening, the dark mark had been injected into her blood and conected her to Voldemort by his magic. But she was also related to him by blood, no blood relative had been marked before. Her magic accepted the mark because it connected her to someone who was already a blood relative to her. The removal of the mark drained her magic in her blood conciderably.

"I.. can't stay awake" she whispered

"Look at me." Eglantine stated, wrapping a weak arm around Kiara's shoulders. "Now relax." without waiting for the woman to do anything, she accioed a strengthening potion and handed it to Kiara.
The incantation had drained her of the small strength she had had before and now as she administered the potion to Kiara, she almost fainted herself.

But something forced her to remain awake. Helping Kiara up into the bed she had lain in only a few moments before, Eglantine took up her cane and headed for the door. She opened the door and gasped at the bloody sight of Professor Viper.

Kiara still felt a little numb and incredibly weak and the strenthing potion kept her awake.

Hearing Eglantine gasp she turned her head to the door at the sight of Viper she got up ignoring to dizzy spell.

"Oh all three of us are just have a great day arn't we?" she asked cynically. as she pulled out her Phoenix healing potion.

Eglantine leaned heavily against the doorframe and watched as Kiara attempted to help Professor Viper. Her eyes strayed over to the other woman and she tentatively kneeled down to examine the woman. The blonde hair made it difficult for her to recognize her, but it soon clicked that this was Viper's sister.
Pointing her wand at her she whispered "Rennervate."

Leaning next to Eglantine Kiara poured her potion on to Vipers wound. It might take a minute for Viper to reaspond because of the blood loss.

Turning to the other woman Eglantine was trying to wake she asked.

"Who's she?"

"Professor Viper's elder sister. She was banished for the Viper family for wanting to marry a muggle." Eglantine performed a diagnostic spell on the woman and frowned. "She has been stunned with several stunners."

(( I will be going to bed now, see ya later))

"We should get her and Viper in a hospital bed, Looks like what ever happened it was a rough day" said Kiara as she capped her potion.

"Indeed." Eglantine agreed, not moving from her kneeling position on the floor.

((Sleep well))

flicking her wand Kiara managed to put Viper sister into the air and onto a bed, But her magic reserves were so low due to the sudden removal of the mark she couldn't concentrate enough to levitate Viper.

Signing she leaning her head on the wall,

"Come on Kiara, you can do it, a simple levitation spell......" she told her self.

But the room swimming in front her changed her mind.

"Err..... Maybe not"

Lifting her arm she placed her hand on Vipers shoulder.

"Cone Viper wake up"

After a moment, Viper's eyes soon fluttered open. "K-Kiara?" she mumbled. Suddenly aware of where she was, she shot up and started looking around. "Where's my sister?"

"On the bed....what happend?

(sorry it took so long)

Viper sighed as she tried to stand, failing for the dizzeness was overpowering her. "Voldemort found out about my sister and wanted her finished. I barely arrived when I saw them at the gates." Viper paused, emotion catching her throat. "I was too late for her husband..."

Keeping in mind what Eglantine saw, of what happend between Viper her and Voldemort, Kiara treaded carefully.

"i see, you rescued her did you? does Voldemort know?"

Viper shook her head. "The others will probably have told him by now. I suppose I'll have to try and convince him that I wanted to take care of her myself." Viper bit her lip. "Kiara, I realize this is asking alot from you, but please. Can my sister stay here? At least until she recovers? She has nothing left..."

Kiara regarded Viper carefully, she could see no harm in it but then again she never knew.

"For now I suppose i will talk to her myself when she wakes up" she said struggling to get up.

Viper nodded and shot the Headmistress a grateful look. "Thank you, Kiara." Viper paused before adding a bit shyly. "I really appreciate this."
