((I need to leave soon, but will be back on in about an hour or so, Okay?)

"Then how can we prevent it?" Mae asked, now ignoring the two professors besides her.

(she could. Viper's original plan was to be an auror but they rejected her for her medical condition, which was why she got into potions: she was really good at them and she wanted to try and find a cure for herself)

Viper looked at her shoulder. Sure enough, a large amount of blood was oozing out andif she looked hard enough, she could see a bit of a bone. "Whatever, its not as though I can feel it or anything. Anyway, are you sure you want to see it. It's eerie, really. The eye is the exact same shade as yours! she stated in an amused tone.

(no problem, I gotta leave soon 2. for realz this time)

Mae paced in front of the door, staring occasionally towards the entrance or back towards her professors.

"If I spoke to Edmund I could convince him to leave Hogwarts alone. At least for a time."

Looking a Viper's shoulder, she smirked. "Looks like he took a "chunk" of you as well." She couldn't help but be proud of her brother, after all she had taught him how to dual.

Mae watched closely, and made her way towards the center of the room, now making a circle around it, keeping her eyes on the windows and doors.

"Did he take a body part?" she smirked proudly, taking out the eye and dangling it in front of her.

"Besides, love. Not like it matters. Can't feel a thing! Ever."

Mae gave a short laugh, "I guess it's useful in battle, as long as you keep an eyes on injures, you could fight forever."

Viper scoffed, still dangling the eye "Oh yeah, I could even drown my opponent with all the blood I didn't know I was losing.. besides, who the hell looks at themselves when they duel? No, love. Duelists should never look away from their opponents eyes. Remember that."

"I already gathered that." Eglantine quipped. Her brother had blue eyes though, not green.
"It was not Edmund. It was my nephew." she said, softly.

Mae nodded, "Right," she glanced quickly around the room, "only if someone tells you. But why would they tell you anyways?" She looked curious at Professor DeLanquar, "Who then?"

Viper raised an eyebrow. "The nephew you swore a few days ago that should I evr meet him I would like?" she eyed her shoulder. "Yes, I'm just filled to my head with love and adoration for him now." she said dryly.

Mae tried to surpress a smile, Professors Viper and DeLanquar got along interestingly since she had first come to Hogwarts.

But, before she could turn, a motion at the door of the Hospital Wing caught her attention.

Choosing to ignore Viper's comment. Eglantine groaned softly and turned away from the eye.

"It must have been Severus. And he is only 17." She drew her wand with grace that belied her hurt body and eye blazing attacked Professor Viper.
Truthfully, Eglantine had dueled many great wizards and witches in America and other countries. And Severus was her favourite nephew.

"Crucio!"

Mae whirled around and cried the first spell that came to mind, "Stupefy!"
