Amy's Flat London (2023 October)

Nicolas looked at the space where Gabe was at in disgust. "I hope you don't take this the wrong way Ams, but why were you even with that guy?"

Amy shrugged, though she blushed in embarrassment.

"I don't know, Friend set us up, it was fine at first then he became very... possessive. I have tried breaking up with him before... he didn't take the hint I didn't want to see him again" she said with a sigh. "Its like he was always under the impression I don't know what I was saying or talking about." she said as she roll her eyes.

"Anyway, want some pain Killer? must have Killer headache after all this.." she said making a step to the kitchen. "... and I am sorry you got messed up in this Nick"

"What a douche." Nicolas said with a scowl.

"Pain killer'd be nice." Nicolas said holding his injury. "And I didn't get hurt..." He attempted to stand up but failed. "... much."

"It's not your fault a drank a bloody cauldron full of alcohol."

Amy raised an eye brow, "Still, I am sorry my Bloody.. now offically Ex boyfriend punched you.. Stay on the couch, I will be back in a moment.." she said as she continued to walk to the kitchen.

She went to the cabinet and took out a vial of pain relief and a first aid kit so she could do something about his injuries.

"Here" she said handing him the vial. "Where is your worst injury?" she asked, concern in her voice.

" So I can Heal it."

Nicolas decided to be cheeky.

"Here," He pointed in the part of his chest that his heart resided. "Can you heal it?" He blinked up at her.

Amy blinked back for a moment, not really sure how to react to his comment..

'Huh.. umm" she said with rather clueless expression on her face.

Then she blushed and gave a mock glare at him.. "haha... funny, now where are you really hurt..?"

Though it could be possible she mused, that he had been drinking cause he had been dumped or something. But wasn't really any of her business anymore.

He was about to give her another cheeky comment but decided against it when he felt immense pain in his stomach. "Here," He said grasping it. "It's just a bruise though, that guy hits like a little six year old girl..."

Amy rasied an eye brow at him, she highly doubted that... her back still hurt from being pushed into the wall so hard..

"Sure Nick...." She said as she rolled her eyes. "Do you mind if I look?" she was starting to feel a little awkward. Nick was her former boyfirend from school after all.. and it wasn't like they both left on horrible terms...

Nick graduated.. and had his life a head.. and she still had school to get done... It had been a mutual thing.... She had been sad it had ended... but she got over it.

However, she wasn't sure her feelingg for Nick ever really went away.

"Go right a head." Nicolas smiled at her.

Nicolas could tell she was a little... uncomfortable. And to be perfectly honest, he felt a little awkward himself. They weren't together anymore, but that didn't mean he didn't want to be.

Amy let out a breath lifted up Nick shirt slightly to reveal a fist shaped burise, she winced looking at it...

"Here... umm I will put a healing salve on it" she said taking out a vial and gently rubbed the liquid on to Nick injury.

Fighting a blush on her face she pulled Nicks shirt back down...

" So... are you alright now, he didn't get anywhere else, did he?" She asked.

Nicolas chuckled slightly as he felt Amy's touch. "It tickles."

He was watching her carefully, with a slight grin growing on his features.

"No, he didn't. Believe me, I've been thrown about much worst."

Amy smiled , " Good" and put the medical stuff away back in the kitchen, while there she get a glass of pumpkin juice for Nick, it was well known hangovers caused dehydration... this would make him feel better.

"Here.. you're most likely thirsty" she said as she set the goblet down on the table beside him.

She rubbed the back of her shoulder for a moment, with the sleep in the chair that night and there less then gentle encounter with Gabe. Her back was a little sore.

But she sighed ignoring it and turned her attention back to Nick..

"So.. was there an occasion, you were out drunk last night? or was it just for fun thing?" she asked merely curious.

"Ahh," Nicolas said. "Thanks." He sipped the pumpkin juice and let it roll down his throat.

"Well, I don't exactly remember, I think Rick and I just went out for some drinks. Then the next thing I remember is that I wake up here with that jerk as my wake up call." Nicolas said sheepishly. "I don't exactly know how I ended up here."

"Are you alright?" He noticed her strain with her back.

Amy smiled, " I am fine, just a bit sore... nothing to worry over.."

She then chuckled, "Well you apperated here... had no idea where here was, had no Idea why you here... nor did you have any Idea why I was here... Quite amusing really" she said amused.

"Yup," Nicolas said. "Sounds about right."

Then he didn't know what else to say. He looked around. "Oh, well then I guess I should go, it's really quite rude of me to intrude like this..."

He started to stand, then was shocked with pain and sat back down. "Alright. That hurt."

Amy looked at Nick in concern again, when he couldn't stand.

"Come on lay back down" said as she went to his side and tried to gently guide him back down on her couch.

She sommund her medical kit once again, "Where does it hurt?" she asked.

"And Nick... you are not unwelcome you know, I enjoy seeing you again...." She said not wanting him to think she wanted him to leave.

Nicolas grinned. "See now you're just being nice to me because I'm injured."

"Don't you have work or something?"

Amy smiled and shock her head "Don't be silly Nick, now you didn't answer my question, where are you injured?"

"And no, today is my day off, more less" she said.

"My head." Nicolas said. "I've a killer head ache."

"More or less?"

Amy sighed, " I already gave you my strongest pain killer..." she said.

"Just rest a bit, that should help, I usually Study and do all my house work on Saturdays... nothing to important though.. so" she said with a smile and shrug. Truly she didn't mind Nick recovering in her house for a day.

"Hmm... must have build up immunity for it or something." Nicolas muttered. He looked around. "Would you like to go and get some breakfast... hang on what time is it?"

Amy looked at the clock, "only 10 in the morning... if you want to sure, but hold on a sec.. since potions don't seem to do the trick try this" she said as she handed him 2 muggle aspirin..

"They take a hour or so to work.. but they might bring you some relief" she as she conjured a cup and spelled water into it..

"Where do you want to go" She asked sitting beside him...

"There is a quiet place... not far from here.. we could even walk there.. fresh air may do you good" she said with a smile.

"Yeah, that sounds great." Nicolas said drinking the aspirins.

"Let's go?"
