Charms class.

Alex looked at the ravenclaw next to her and scowled. There didn't seem to be another person so she had to be partners with someone else.

She walked up to the ravenclaw girl, "Hi, you want to be partners?" Alex asked sort of in a rude way not really wanting to be friends or partners in any way.

Cosette was excited to try out the cheering charm out on her own. She grabbed her wand out of her bag quickly smiling brightly. Her soft silky blond hair fell over her shoulder while bending down getting her wand. Cosette heard a rude voice from besides her and looked up at a first year slytherin.

"Sure, I would be happy to be your partner if there isn't anyone else," Cosette kept her bright beautiful smile even though the Slytherin was being rude. "My name is Cosette what's yours?" She asked while getting up and walking to the front of the class to prepare to use the cheering charm.

"The names Alexandria," Alex rolled her eyes. She thought the ravenclaw didn't need the cheering charm since shes already cheerful. Alex to out her wand and "by mistake" said her charm wrong and it blew up in Cosettes face.

Alex heard some slytherins snicker, she did as well. "Oh I'm sorry," She laughed.

Cosette face was blown up by the charm and she shook it off. She reached for a towel and wiped her face with it. She was now frowning as her face stung, she did not approve with her behavior.

"You must have said the charm not correctly it's like this." Cosette rose her wand saying the wand correctly, still frowning, and the charm went to Alex. She showed her the demonstration so Alex can do it correctly when it is her turn to do the charm.

Alex gave a disgusted smile and this time did the charm correctly getting annoyed with the "smart" ravenclaw. Alex thought Cosette was more of a smart-alec type of girl.

Charlotte noticed the commotion that was going on in her classroom. "Is everything alright?" she asked Cosette and Alex who seemed to be fighting.

Becca and Delilah sat back down for they were done with there charms. They watched the slytherin and Cosette fight and giggled.
"I wonder what were learning next! I love professor Charlotte," Delilah giggled.
"Charlotte is my cousin!" Becca smiled.
"Really?"
"Yup."
The 2 girls talked and watched the other students practice there charm.

Alex looked at the professor and smiled, "Of course everything is alright, I just made a mistake, no worries." She acted innocently trying not to get in trouble.

Cosette rolled her crystal blue eyes and couldn't believe what Alex was saying. She wanted to say something out loud but she held her tongue so there wouldn't be any trouble.
