Personal Quarters

Eglantine's eyes rolled back in her head and Horatio scooped her up into his arms. "What exactly did she tell you? If it was more than a fall, then what was it?" concern mixed with fear showed in his blue eyes.

Juria waited outside, leaning against the wall. Whatever had happened in the room she knew that she would most likely not be a part of. If Eglantine had told Kiara what happened she knew that the Professor would not want Juria to know. Sighing slightly and waiting for word from Kiara she patiently waited outside.

Kiara sighed, "She doesn't want me to worry you, but I can see you are already worried and she doesn't know we saw Ciaran's memory. So I think it is better to tell you"

She didn't want to go against Eglantines wishes but it may be for the better..

"Remember the possibility of one of the Auror Purgers still being alive? it is true, one is still alive, and he found her. He is responsible for her injuries." Kiara said gravely.

Horatio nodded gravely. "I see. Tell me more. Who is he? Where is he?" there was an anger and a hint of trembling in his voice.

Kiara shook her head, it was all to horrible of an idea to say who, "I don't know where he is, Eglantine said she managed to fight him but was to hurt to go after him. So he is still out there" It was possible to still see tears in her eyes.

Deciding to ignore the fact that she had not answered his other question, Horatio closed his eyes briefly to control his anger. "She doesn't want Juria does she?" he murmured.

Kiara shock her head, "No she doesn't, flat out refused... she is alright with you helping her though... I of course will lend what ever assistance I can, potions, anything I can" she said.

There was a light in her eyes, she would not let Eglantine be hurt again. Charles Delanquars career ended here, and hopefully his life as well.

"I will take her to her chambers then. Do you think Juria would be willing to watch Edwin or can you think of someone else?"

Juria wondered what they were talking about in the room; she hoped she could be able to help in any way possible. Even if it meant forgetting the entire thing and acting like it didn’t happen. Juria closed her eyes and rested her head against the wall she was leaning against. Juria hoped the Professor would be fine and would not require any extreme medical attention.

((and Juria would love to watch Edwin for a little while, shes good with kids ^_^))

(( Hey Rain I thought of something Kiara and Juria could do, Kiara and Juria could be out in Daigonally and Kiara want to tell her of her engagment, and juria's parents show up? just a idea))

Kiara nodded "I am sure she will, I will ask her, if not I will find someone, I will if the need arises.... If you need any help don't hesitate to let me know, just keep me updated on how she is doing? I will come by as aften as I can to visit" she said worry for Eglantine was clear in her voice.

'You can take the floo if want, it is quicker that way" she said.

Horatio nodded, already heading for the floo. "Please apologize to Juria for me. She is such a sweet woman." With those final words, he threw some powder into the flames and carried Eglantine into her rooms.

((Sure Kiara that would sound good. Or at some meeting out of Hogwarts that Kiara took Juria to just in case they needed a doctor and Juria's parents go to that meeting and Juria is like, "Um...Kiara can I go?" And she’s trying to hide. XD lol and we could take it from there. But how would we play the parents? Would you be one and I be one? pm me instead of posting ^_^ thanks Kiara))

Eglantine knocked on Kiara's door, aware of the late hour. She shook violently from the long walk she had taken through through the snow in both Berlin and on Hogwarts. She had not had time to grab her cloak or even her shawl.

"Kiara!" she hissed, beating her shaking hand against the door.

Kiara was up late finishing more paper work when Merlin came into a small Portrait.

"My Dear, Professor Delanquar is out side want you, she seems rather out of sorts"

Kiara blinked, "Eglantine?"

She got up summoned her rode and went to the door. Answering Just After the knock.

"Eglantine?.... whats wrong?" she asked, worry in her voice.

Eglantine all but collapsed against the wall. "My father, Kiara." she whispered. "He's alive." sobs wracked her body and she slid down the wall. "It was m-my mother..."

Kiara started in shock for a moment, the she swiftly went to Eglantines side, wraping het arms around her shoulders to hold her up, and so she could giude her inside to the living room.

"I am sorry Eglantine, come on lets get you by the fire, you can tell me what happened, alright?" she said worry flooding her voice as she held on to Eglantines shaky form.

"Oh Kiara, it is all my fault..." she sobbed. "I killed her when I sent her my letter. My father couldn't save her. He did not want to."

Kiara bit her lip, "Eglantine..."

She didn't know what was going on completely yet, as Horatio said, Eglantine never mentioned her mother.

She guided Eglantine to a spot on the couch and made the fire bigger in the fire place.

"It isn't your fault Eglantine, now when ever you feel you are ready, tell me what happened" she said as calmly as she could.

Eglantine sniffed back her tears, resolved to gather her emotional control. Several minutes passed before she wiped away the final tear and looked up from her hands.

"The Purgers attacked my mother and father. She sacrificed herself to save him... but they found them through a letter I sent. About Excessum." she explained.

Kiara paled, "Now it was't your fault Eglantine you couldn't have known that." she said.

"I am so sorry to hear about your mother, have you heard from you Father then?" she asked.

Eglantine sighed. "I received an owl from him this morning and I went to Berlin to see him..." she sighed. "He was...so different. He was worried about me and asked about my health. He was not my father... at least not like I remember him..."

Kiara blinked, she hadn't met either of Eglantines parents obviously and Eglantine never really talked about them.

"He acted different?...." she really didn't know what to say, it sounded like he was a father concerned for his daughter.

"You said the purger got the letter about Excessum? Isn't that bad?" she asked.

"No, it was encoded... but they were able to get the address and that was enough." she muttered. Eglantine ignored the question about her father acting... she didn't want to delve into that right then.

"I am afraid, Kiara. Because he wasn't."
