Kaylie thought about it for another 30 seconds, smiled and nodded "Alright count me in" she said with a nod.

"He creeps the heck out of me anyway" she said. She would be more then happy to see him leave.

Tav smiled, he wouldn't want to do it without Kaylie. "Alright, we'll need to get things together then. Want to join me in Hogsmeade?" he knew of a magical/muggle shop that would be able to sell them the things they needed.

Kaylie nodded and smiled, "Sure I could loose a break from studying anyway she said as she marked the place in her book and put it in her bag.

Sliping her bag over her shoulder she got up, "let us go then kind sir" she said teasingly.

-an hour later-

Tav and Kaylie returned from their prank shopping. Each had quite the load, with all they had required to pull off the stunt, including various treats, that they had not needed, but had purchased anyway.
"So, what time would be good?" he mused aloud. "My parents are usually asleep by 23:00. I'm not sure about my grandparents or the others..."

Kaylie shrugged, it would be really embarrassing to try and sneak in to the professors quarters only to find them still awake.

"Umm I am not sure, kinda hard to know the sleeping habits of my professors" she said unsure. She wasn't much of a prankster but she would be really happy to be rid of Wycliffe. She swore he stared at her when they were in the great hall, it made her feel rather uncomfortable.

She never told Tav, knowing him he would kill Wycliffe if he knew he was staring at her in that creepy way.

Tav nodded, still rubbing his chin.
"Midnight sound okay?" he asked, wondering if studying or sleep would interfere with the prank.

Kaylie nodded "Sure, nothing like a midnight adventure in the halls of Hogwarts with you then to keep my energy up" she said with a smile.

With a laugh she said, "Has a kinda romantic feel to is to doesn't it?" she asked as she whispered in his ear kissed him.

Tav's breathing became quicker when Kaylie whispered into his ear, and all he could do was nod. The kiss sent him over the edge and a goofy smile that made his look like Horatio plastered itself on his face.

"Mr. McConn, Miss McCloud!" Professor DeLanquar's voice nearly made Tav jump through the ceiling. She was after all his Head of House and professor... not to mention the Deputy Headmistress of Hogwarts...long before she was his grandmother.

"Whatever you call what you are doing is not to be done!" Despite her rather strict tone, Tav noticed a slight tug at the corner of her mouth.

Oh, he mused, she was enjoying this... but for safety reasons, he slid a good meter away from Kaylie and gave the professor his best charming smile.

Kaylie jumped when Professor Delanquar walked in on them and her face went beat red, redder then her hair as she avoided Professor Delanquars eyes.

"Anything we can help you with Professor?" she asked in a small markably emarrased voice at being caught kissing.

Tav smile never faltered as he hoped she was merely passing by. However he seemed doomed, as she paused, levitating a good 5 centimeters from the floor and yet still in possession of a cane.

"Now that you mention it... there is something you can do to help me. Come along." she stated, her soft voice trailing off as she turned back toward the hallway.
Tav groaned softly, willing himself to not glare at Kay.

Kaylie sent Tav an apologetic look, "Sorry.." she whispered. Her face still as red as she hair.

"I didn't think she would say yes" she said still whispering.

Tav sighed. "You need to get to know our Head better." he muttered, squeezing her hand to let her know he didn't blame her.

Kaylie looked down guiltily, she was always very shy around professors, now it was showing.

When he squeezed her hand she looked up and squeezed it in return wordless showing her thanks and at the same time the she was sorry.

They arrived at the muggle-studies classroom instead of the office, as Tav had expected and he noticed that apparently the class had been playing with muggle devices, called spray paint, as there were bits of it everywhere.
"What happened?" he asked, knowing Professor DeLanquar would never ever give students leave to trash a room.

"First years...with Horatio." she muttered in response. "If you would each help me vanish the messes I would be most happy."

Tav nodded. "Sure, no biggie." he smiled.

Kaylie nodded, it didn't sound so bad. Following Tav's lead she smailed. "Yes no problem Professor" she said.

She was thankful the professor was letting them use magic... or at least she was hoping she was letting them use magic. Scrubing spray paint off would take them forever.

Tav waited momentarily as his grandmother carefully checked her seat at her desk before sitting down... and then began to vanish small patches of yellow and green paint.

"I hear from Edwin that she sat on a tack..." he murmured to Kay. "I think Cayd was put up to it by Wycliffe."

Kaylie winced at the news as she started vanishing some of the stray paint.

"Thats awful, not to mention Painful, I have stepped on a few... but I didn't know they had been doing it" she said quietly.

Tav nodded, vanishing another blue blob.
"Yeah, I saw them playing with a few during class a few days back and when Edwin told me about it, the pieces all clicked together." he whispered, trying to keep his voice down.

Kaylie frowned "They are so childish, my sisters stopped trying to trick when they were 6" she said quietly.

"Wonder if your mum alrealy knows about him? if he is harasing the staff surely they have told her what he is doing? she said.

Tav nodded, wondering if Kay thought he was childish to think of his prank...
"She probably does..." He stated thoughtfully. "I'm sure someone told her." At least he was fairly certain...

Kaylie nodded and continued cleaning the paint off the classroom.

"I mean I don't mind prank and all" she said quietly as she gave him a wink. " But what they are doing is just I don't know.. it could hurt someone. I don't like it" she said.

Tav nodded, glad she wasn't seeing their planned "prank" in the same light. After all, those students were trying to hurt people, trying to get points to become model purgers... he was trying to get one of them suspended...and maybe even expelled.

"Yeah, I can't believe anyone would want to hurt her." he mumured, glancing over his shoulder at his mum's mother. She had always appeared to be fragile woman, at the very least one who should be treated with careful respect.
At that moment it clicked in his mind that Kaylie had mentioned something about Wycliffe being "creepy" and he turned his attention back to his girlfriend.
"What's this about Wycliffe being creepy? Has he been giving you trouble?"

Kaylie blushed again, this time at being caught in her own words.

"Ummm, He's not exactly giving me trouble no...." she said, but she had a feeling Tav wouldn't go for it.

Besides it was silly, all he was doing was looking at her funny, not like he was puting tacks in her seat or anything like that.

"It is no big deal Tav... honest, he just looks at me funny sometimes that all" she said.

"It's stupid, and nothing to worry about" she felt so foolish for complaining about someone just looking at her the wrong way.

Tav turned his full attention on Kaylie. "He looks at you funny? In a creepy way?" his eyes flashed dangerously and had Wycliffe been present, noses might have been broken. He headed for the door, no doubt intent on hunting the boy down when Professor DeLanquar stood from her chair.
"Mr. McConn, you will do not such thing." she stated, shutting the door with a swish of her hand. "Return to the paint."

Kaylie walked over to Tav, "Tav it's fine, you know me I don't like being in the centre of attention, I get nervous if anyone looks at me for to long....well except for you." she said the last part with a small smile, hoping to calm him. "It's not worth you fighting him over it. It's what he wants you to do, so you will look bad. Please don't give him the satisfaction.... please" she said as she held his hands in hers.

"Please.. for me?" she whispered.
