My Office

"Yeah...Well it can't be that bad then, if you're here." Darien smiled.
He waited for a reply from within the study.

Kiara smiled and waved her hand at the door.

"Come on you two, don't worry you are not in trouble, quite the opposite in fact, i need your help with something"

"With what Professor?" Darien asked warily.

Diana walked in with Darien.

"i need both of you memories when you saw Armando in the tomb" she said as she pulled out her pensieve.

"I plan to us them in court when I appeal Calista's sentance"

Darien grinned. "Brilliant..."
He pointed his wand at the top of his head and extracted a memory.
"I think that's it...Yup, that's the one." He dropped it into the pensieve.

Kiara nodded then turned to Diana "And ask you not tell them what I am doing yet.. if I fail I don't want them to be disappointed"

Diana nodded and did the same. Then something bothered her. "Umm, Professor? Wouldn't the court want to know how Darien and I saw it?"

Kiara smiled and winked "There are known magical deivces that allow people to see the truth, that is what you did, I will testify to that and the momeries will be tested and find nothing wrong with them. They should hold up along with the other evidence"

"What other evidence?" Diana asked interested.

"Lets just say I payed the egyptain tomb a vist and picked up a rather interesting item" Kiara said.

Diana's eyes widened. What is the spear?

"Professor? Are you also going to tell the courts about Armando?"

Kiara shook her head, "No I am not telling the courts any of that, not without his permission anyway" she answered.

"Yes... I don't think you should either... cause then you'd have to explain how he came back to life..." Diana said.

Darien nodded.
"That could be slightly awkward...And Ana would get mad..."

Kiara shruggled "As I don't exactly get how he came back to life I won't have to worry about it anyway"

"Alright I guess that is all I needed.. unless you know something that might be helpfull to Calista case?"

Celeste eyed the halls with a mystic look. It had been years since she set foot inside Hogwarts and it certainly felt like home to her.

Grinning widely, she knocked on the door, waiting to be granted access.

Kiara looked up from her paper work and placed the quill down. "Must be the new Divination Professor"

Divination was the only class at hogwarts Kiara never paid much attention to. The future was the future in her opinion and she had no wish to really know what it was. But is was still required to hold a class for so.. here she was..

"Come on it, door it opened" Kiara said as she waved her hand, unlocking it.

Celeste beamed as she entered the room. "Ah, Headmistress. I knew you would be in here. My Inner Eye informed me of that fact." she raised her hands to her forhead dramatically as if to illustrate that fact.

Kiara nodded "Of course" she said.

"No kidding"she thought.

"Welcome to hogwarts, is there anything I can help you with?" Kiara asked with her usual friendliness.

Celeste sighed. "No, not at all. Just wanted to say hi."

Kiara smiled, she may not like Divinations, but she wasn't rube to the educators of it.

"Well that is good, glad nothing is wrong, I am Headmistress Kiara, though the staff here at Hogwarts just call me Kiara, it is your choice. Though know that Headmistress makes me feel old."

Celeste smiled. "Very well, Kiara. I am Celeste Boleyn, er, Cromwell, I should say. Sorry, I just got divorced." she explained with a small apologetic smile.

"Oh its no problem, I know how that is, been there my self once. Think nothing of it" Kiara nodded.

Celeste nodded. "Yes, real pity indeed. I liked my most recent surname 'Boleyn' Better than all the others I ended up with from my previous marriage: Stone, Fitzgerald, Santoni, Balducci...yes, Boleyn was my favorite surname."

At the mention of Kiara's divorce Celeste nodded knowingly. "Yes, I thought so." she reached for Kiara's hand, reading the palm. "Uh-huh, your love line is broken in one portion, but...its strengthened in another part." she grinned. "You have a new man in your life."
