The Common Room

"Yes, you can have her if you want. She doesn't have a name, but you can change that." Eglantine suggested.

Zabby's grin widened if at all possible. "Thank you so much, Professor!" she said, petting the kitten. "Tiger Lily," she whipsered. "Lily, for short..." she laid back, on the ground and let the kitten crawl up her face and lick her cheek. She petted the head. "Aren't you pretty, Lily," she muttered.

"Let's get her a collar!" Diana said suddenly. "It's perfect! We're just about to go to Hogsmeade."

Haydon looked down at his sister. She looked happy. And that's all he could ask for. "Well, I'll let you two get going. I have stuff to do."

He stood up. Zabby watched him go with a little frown on her face. There was something familiar about him. But she just couldn't pin it down. "Yes...We should..."

Diana felt slightly bad leaving him all alone. "Hades why don't you join us? We'll just be a few hours. And homework won't go anywhere... unfortunately enough."

Eglantine smiled when the kitten, newly named, Tiger Lily, licked her new mistress' cheek. Yes, Adoration would be furious with her, but she was quite pleased with the kitten's new homes. Turning her wheelchair, she made a silent exit.

Zabby sat up. She noticed the professor had gone. "Diana, remind me later to thank her." She turned to Haydon. "Yeah, Hades! Come with us! Diana's right! Homework can wait! Shopping with two lovely girls can't!" She grinned. "And we need someone to help us..." she smirked. "Please, Hades?"

Haydon groaned. He wasn't getting out of it, might as well help... "Fine. I'll come."

"May I come too?" Lycoris offered.

Diana wheeled around. "Whoa, sorry, didn't see you there. And sure thing."

"Ouch," Lycoris complained. "Just because I didn't say anything." She smiled. "Guess that'd be my fault too, though."

"No, my fault, a lot in my head right now." Diana laughed, "Yes, so for future reference, say something else, I will completely overlook her.

Zabby grinned. "A lot in your head, Diana?" she asked. "Are you sure...?" She knocked on her friend's head. "Hm...Sounds hallow to me..." She turned to Lye. "Oh, of course you can come!" She pointed at Haydon. "And this is Haydon. We call him Hades."

He sighed and held out his hand. "Nice to meet you. Please, call me Haydon."

Zabby smirked. "Call him Hades."

Diana suddenly laughed. "Hey Hades, have you met my cousin? Nicolas?"

Haydon shook his head. "He's dating that Slytheran, right? I've heard of him, but never met him."

"Haha, You should met Persephone." Diana laughed. "Hades."

"Hi, Hades. I'm more likely to follow the advice of someone I actually know. Unless the person I don't know is very frightening. Have you met Persephone?" Lycoris laughed. "Unless Hades really traumatizes you or something? It's easier for me to remember."

Haydon laughed. "If I had met Persephone, I don't think I'd be here right now. I'd be down in hell with her. And it's fine...I don't care."

Zabby grinned. "Well? Are we going to Hogsmead or not?" she asked excitedly.

"Righto," Diana said, "To Hogsmeade!"

And she stepped out of the portrait.

Lycoris followed Lustre out. She stopped halfway, "Zabby? Hades?"

Candii barged into the common room and said loudly "HHHEEELLLOOOO EVERYONE HOW ARE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" She gave a huge grin and looked around hopeing someone is kind enough to speak with her.

She looked around the common room and loved the color and style of it "SWEET NICE ROOM!"

Haydon looked up from his book, as did Zabby. He leaned over to Zabby and whispered, "Loud much?"

Zabby slapped him with Turn Coat by Jim Butcher. It was a hard cover too. "Hades, be nice."

She stood up, "Hey! Candii!"

"HI!!!" she grinned happily and ran up to them. "How is everyone!!!???"

Candii then made herself comfy by sitting right next to them "What are you up too?" she asked curiously as always.

Zabby held up her book. "Reading."

Haydon nodded. "Me too..."

Zabby grinned. "I forgot. I'm Zabby. Zabrina, but...Zabby works. And this is Hades."

Haydon frowned. "Haydon, please."

Zabby smacked him again. "Call him Hades."

Candii laughed playfully and grinned, "I love your name!! ...ZABRINA... that is so awesome Zabby!" Candii then looked over to Haydon and tilted her head in confusion, "Why not Hades? IT’S AN AWESOME NAME!!! It’s a god!!!... well I think I don’t know Greek mythology too much." Candii smiled at him and then said, "I will call you Hades!!!"

Suddenly the protrait door opened and in came Diana and Helena. Diana went straight to the Dormitories and Helena looked concernedly at her friend. She shook her head and decided that maybe Diana wanted to be alone. She instead headed to where there was a group of Gryffindors.

"Hey guys," Helena said sitting herself down. "What's up?"
