Hospital Wing

((thanks lol...so many timelines...))

Darien groaned and sat up.
"I'll-Hello Headmistress."
He had a choice; tell on Ana or find an excuse...

"What happened Mr. Vaight? Are you alright?" Kiara asked.

"Um..."
Darien didn't want to snitch on Ana.
"Erm..."
He glanced around for help.
"I...fell over...and got winded."

Diana frowned at Darien's lie but didn't say a word. She knew how it went. Blood was thicker than water.

"Anyway, um...I feel better now...thanks Headmistress...but can I go now? I have something really urgent I have to do."

Kiara rised her eye brow, he hadn't been winded, he had lost conciousness, but he did look better.

"Very well Mr. Vaight if you are sure you may go, if your sure your alright"

Darien nodded fervently.
"Thanks Headmistress." He leapt to his feet and hurtled out of the room. The instant he was in the corridor, he fluently changed into a wolf, racing faster and faster towards the common room.

April shook her head. "Headmistress,may I go now? It's just... I need all the help I can get with this- thing, and I think that if I'm going to get help with it, then I need to start as soon as I can." She held her breath. She didn't know what was going to happen anymore.

((Continued from Viper's Office...several hours later))

Eglantine groaned and attempted to sit up, momentarily forgetting about her inability to do so without assistance. Her head felt as if someone had bludgeoned it with bat and her entire body ached and stung. Especially her hip and side.

Reaching into her robe pocket, Eglantine pulled out the dark engraved wand that had been Cerise's. For a moment, she wondered if it would be safe to use but soon decided it would not be. Laying it on the bed, still flat on her back, she pulled her own wand out and summoned her wheelchair.

She felt partially dead from exhaustion, but it was a relief to not feel as if another person was in her mind and body. Levitating herself into the hovering chair, Eglantine picked up the dark wand and began to examine it as she left the Hospital Wing.

((She is on her way to the DADA office))

Calista entered the hospital wing and glanced over her shoulder for Armando.

Armando followed Calista shortly.

Calista smiled at Armando and slipped her hand into his.

"Hm...A check up at exactly half way through my pregnancy..." Calista muttered. "It's almost as though you'd planned this in advance..."

"I did." Armando said smiling. "I am just that clever."

Calista laughed. "You cunning Casillas. It's a good thing I love you."

She glanced around. "So what's this check-up going to involve? I've never been pregnant before, so I have no idea." She smirked.

"Well," Armando said slowly. "Your guess is as good as mine... of course, it's probably better too since I happen to be a male."

Calista laughed. "Yes, but I have no idea. I must delve into the collective female font of all knowledge: My mother-"

Then she remembered she couldn't ask her mother. She was disowned. Her mother couldn't talk to her.

"...I mean Raoul."

"Raoul has knowledge about pregnancies?" Armando exclaimed. "I don't know whether to be distrubed or to be thankful..."

Calista laughed. "...Neither do I."

"Do you want to see if they are a boy or a girl?" Armando asked. "I think we can see that now..."

Calista paused. "I'm...not sure. I mean...It'd be useful to know, so we can prepare their room and everything better...but I'd also quite like it to be a surprise...To be special...but it will be special anyway."

She glanced up at Armando. "What do you think?"

"I don't know... I suppose I just want to call them a proper pronoun instead of struggling with them, they and trying not to use 'it'. But if you want it to be a suprise, I am more than happy to oblidge." Armando said.

Calista nodded. "I know...I think...Maybe...Well, no matter what, I'll still be surprised that I've given birth...so I don't mind if we know beforehand."

"Well no... Calista, if you'd rather not... I don't mind at all... I love surprises!" Armando said.

Calista thought, hard, and for a while.

"Armando...If you don't want to know, then I can ask Juria to just tell me...but I'd like to know."

"No!" Armando said suddenly, like an eager child, "I wana know!"
