Spring 2031, (fixed)

Aiden held on to his new Wifes hand and kissed it as they stood infront of his parents house.

" Don't worry, lets justs get this over with" he said as he kissed her hand.

His parents would be angry but there was nothing they could do.. and if his father attempted anything against his wife he would regret it in a heart beat.His mother would angry but not nearly as his father.

Ana swallowed, anxiety the main emotion in her mind.

"...Alright." She managed a smile.

Aiden walked up to his parents and rubbed his wife's back in a effort to calm her.

"I love you" he whispered in to her ear before knocked in the door.

It was no longer his home anymore after all.

His mother opened the door, "Aiden?" then she saw Ana, "Ah.. would you come in, why didn't you say you were coming?" she asked.

"Mother... " Aiden rolled his eyes.. he had told his parents he was coming... just left out the fact he was bring his wife with him.

"Father is here, right?" he asked pressing his irritation at his parents down..

Then Allan Avalon entered, " Son, I am here..." he spotted Ana and he looked as if he was about to add something else, when Aiden's piercing warning glare made him stop in his tracks.

"Ana and I need to tell you something" he said still having one hand over her shoulder.

Melissa Avalon sighed, "very well... Come on have seat.... Anything to drink?" she asked.

Ana was somewhat comforted, and managed to smile at her new parents-in-law.

She smiled, hiding her nerves. "...No thank you."

She wasn't thirsty, she just wanted to get it over with...However unfavourable the reactions might be...

Aiden sighed, "No thank you mother" he feeling the same as Ana, and wanting nothing more then to get this over with.

Mr and Mrs Avalon.. both with stern expressions led the way to the setting room. Both getting a sour feeling about what there son would tell them. Neither had really approved of there son choice of love interest.. more so his father. Because she was a pourblood Vaight, distant cousins of them by marriage. Exiled them for being born with no magic.

Mr. Avalon sat and looked critically at his Son and his "Girlfriend" since he was school age.

"She isn't pregnant is she?" he asked rather rudely.

"Father! No!" Aiden snapped at his father his eyes flashed, and his face turned red.

He turned to Ana and whispered " I am so sorry... he is being.."

Mrs. Avalon sighed.." Well what is it then?" she asked thought slapped her husband on the arm for his rude question.

Ana flushed briefly at the question, but decided not to reply. Getting angry wouldn't really help...She didn't want to alienate her new parents-in-law.

She shook her head slightly at Aiden. "It's fine." She whispered back. "It's a normal question to spring to mind."

"Uh...Well..." Ana glanced at Aiden. You should tell them...I think it would be worse if they heard it from me. She thought across, as they used to do in school.

Aiden sighed and looked at his parents " There is no easier way to say it, so.. Me and Ana eloped afew days ago.... we are married" he said lightly clasping Ana's hand in his.

Moment after that was the calm before the storm..

His father turned red.. and looked as if he wanted to strangle someone... like Homer and Bart off the Simpsons TV show.

His mother she was the opposite she paled and her mouth dropped almost. Needless to say both looked as if they were told the sky was on fire and was falling on them.

Then Mt Allan Avalon finally blew...

"You What?!!!!" he yelled as stood up looking fit to kill..

Aiden nodded, "Yes father, Ana is my Wife" he said moving slightly in front of his wife in case is father lost it..

His mother soon broke down into tears.

Ana froze, uncertain what to do.

Mr Avalon looked as though he might be contemplating murder, and his wife...was distraught. She felt guilt, as the latter reminded her how hurtful their actions had been...At least neither of Aiden's parents could use magic, she thought. A slight consolation...

But neccessary, she assured herself.

She squeezed Aiden's hand. "It's true." The thin band of gold on her wedding finger shone slightly in the light.

Aiden's father was not in a could good state of mind, as he looked at his son and to the gold ring on is new wifes finger. He was not thinking clearly... at all..

" How could you?" he asked..

Aiden looked at his father as if he had asked the most Stupid question on the world.. " How could I? Father I love her... more then anything.. if I had sought your approval, blessing to marry Ana I would never had gotten it, So we married and we are staying married weather you will eventual accept it or not" he said squeezing Ana's hand back again.

Melissa Avalon looked devastated to have not been invited to her only Sons wedding, granted she didn't approve of her sons choice in bride.. but she could accept her... eventual.. But their elopement had hurt.. so she quickly got up and left the room..

Aiden sighed as he watched is mother leave, he wasn't sorry for what they did... but he did wish it could have been different.

His father took a deep breath.. "Leave..Take your Wife and get out"

Aiden's mouth gapped for a second, but he sighed... figuring his father needed time.. to cool down... he would talk to him later.

"Fine.. so be it" he said quietly as he wrapped an arm around Ana and moved to leave his parents house..

He'll...He just needs some time...that's all. He's your father...he'll accept your choice. Ana thought across, hoping to be of some comfort.

She felt so helpless in the face of the hurt this had caused...

Ana walked towards the door, saddened by the thought that her own family was unlikely to take it any better...at all.

"I know.. I will talk to him later, after he has had a chance to think" he thought over and kissed her forehead. Walked out of his parents house, hoping that this wasn't to be the last time he set his feet in the house...

"Now.. I can only imagine how your family will take it.." he said softly walking out of the parking lot.

Ana sighed. "I don't really want to imagine that."

"...Shall we go and tell them now?" She asked, with trepidation.
