Headmistress' Office 2043

(continued from A Slight Altercation)

Sevie rushed through the fireplace.
"KIARA!" he yelled, rushing to her side. "Papa killed Mama. And she's going to kill him too. There's blood and a fire!" He was crying as he buried his face against his older sister. "You have to make them stop." he whimpered. Only seven years old, Sevie didn't know how to handle the situation.

Kiara now in her mid 50s, mother of 5 and Grandmother of two had many many shocks.. scares... anyother type of shock you can think of.. she had it.

But nothing could prepare her for what her youngest brother rambled to her.. Eglantine and Horatio never lay a harming hand on eachother... never!

"Okay.. okay Sevie I am going to go over and help them okay? It is going to be alright" she said as she went back to the fire place and went through, not before summoning her first aid kit.. she didn't know what to expect..

"Okay." Sevie mumbled, sniffing back tears. "I...I'll stay here." he added. He didn't want to go back and see his bloodied parents of the torn apart bedroom...or the ravaged stairs.

David walked up to the headmistress offiice, he was the charms professor at hogwarts school. He had afew things to talk to kiara about, just reguler student reports and to tell her he would be going home for the evening to spend with the kids.

He oppened the door, to be very surprised by what he found, Sevie in Kiara's office and no Kiara.

"Sevie? what are you doing here? Where is Kiara?" he asked getting a bad feeling.

Sevie gulped as he looked up at his... he knew David was his brother-in-law, but that seemed silly. He usually thought of him as an uncle of sorts.
"Mama and Papa had a fight." he muttered, "Kiara went to help them." he played with his sleeve, looking down at the floor. "They never fight!" he assured the older man, finding a need to explain that his parents were good. "Maybe they just..." but the wasn't sure what could have possibly caused what he had seen.

David looked instantly concered, a fight? what fight could be so bad that casued this type of reaction? Just about all couples fight, as no one was perfect, disagreements were bound to happen... but why would they need Kiara's help? Had one of them gone over board?

David had no idea.

Placing his hand on Sevie's shoulder he asked... "Why don't you come with me back to mine and Ara's place for a bit? you can call your parents place from there?" he asked not wanting to leave Sevie here in Kiara's office alone and scared.

"Okay..." Sevie muttered, sniffing back a few dry tears. He liked playing with Zeki and Zaphira. And Ara was always fun.
"But I don't wanna call em." he assured David. "I'll just stay with you." he took the professor's hand, trusting him to not allow anything to happen.

David nodded, "Alright, I sure everything will be fine Sevie" he tried to reassure him, as he wrote a quick note one Kiara's desk that he had taken Sevie with him.

Though he couldn't help but worry him self, about what had happened.

He went to the Headmistress's floo and called out his and Ara's residence.
