The Great Hall

"N.E.W.Ts is quite difficult, I have to admit," Raven replied. She finally finished making a small study guide for herself and put everything away, "Now I am finished," she said.

Juria walked to her spot on the great table, she was not noticed since she rarely ever ate there. Today she decided she wanted to be more social instead of just staying day in and day out in the infirmary.

Juria looked out at all the students. She spied Raven, and wanted to go sit next to her but didn't know if her friends would allow it. Juria decided to just stay at the long table, with the other teachers.

Joan looked amazed. "That was fast." Joan said.

Raven nodded," Yeah, I was almost down in the library and now I finished, it was bugging me to finished so now that I am I could relax," she explained. Raven wasn't blaming Joan, but it was her since she came and disturbed her in the library

"Where should we go?" Joan asked. Joan thought about it. "I'm hungry." Joan said.

Raven looked at Joan, there was literally food everywhere for her to take, "Um Joan... this is the Great Hall where you eat," she said. Was it really that unnoticeable when she was eating and drinking a few minutes ago before she took out her notes?

Joan looked around. "Raven must think i'm stupid," Joan said out loud without even noticing. Joan looked at Raven and frowned. Joan started eating.

Raven couldn't help but gave a small laugh, "No, it's kind of silly that you couldn't see the food right in front of you." She then cleared her throat and stopped laughing.

Juria realized she wasn't hungry... strangely because she had not eaten for a day or two... and stood up without too many people noticing and left the Great Hall and went back to her Quarters in the Infirmary.

Raven noticed Juria walk out of the Great Hall and was tempted to follow her, but she stayed behind with her friends.

"Whose the girl?'' Joan asked.

"Who?" Raven asked looking back at Joan.

((Different timeline))

Darien darted into the hall, heading straight over one of the doors at the back, and carefully sliding the latch shut. Wouldn't want them to be interrupted.

Hector sulkily tagged along at Rory's heels, mostly because the latter had threatened him with castration. Partly out of loyalty, he supposed.

"So, where do we start?" Rory beamed, evaluating the four tables and long benches left deserted...

"There." Dick nodded in the direction of the Professor's table.

Cookie grinned. "I got the Headmistress' seat!"

Bruce grinned as well and raced Cookie to the front.

Darien selected a chair near the end and drew his wand, aiming and waiting for the others to do the same.

Hector selected the smallest possible seat, reluctance disappearing slightly in light of "study".

"Alright everyone?" Rory asked, glaring at Hector, daring him to object.

"It's still pointless and-"

"It's a statement." Darien pointed out, lazily flicking his wand to no effect.

Hector folded his arms, wand still not out of his pocket. "A statement of what?"

Dick rolled his eyes. "Hector, do we need to go through the 'Ingeniousness of Llamas' again with you?" Dick said taking out his wand.

Bruce took his out, while Cookie sniggered. "I call the Hufflepuff table after this."

With a sigh of great reluctance, Hector raised his own wand and pointed at the chair before him.

"Much better." Rory smirked.

Darien glanced briefly at the other knights, a smile slipping onto his face. "Let's do this...3...2...1."

He waved his wand and the chair began to glow...

[About 1 hour later]

The Knights of Mayhem quietly left the Great Hall with no trail of them being there at all apart from the llamas that now filled it.

[Not long after...]

Ethan Addams, Herbology professor, strolled down the corridor with his three children: Heather, Erica, and Valerio. He couldn't believe his luck that Laura had actually stopped by the school, and then asked him to take the kids while she recovered. Not that he would ever wish anything bad on his ex-wife... rantings aside... but he was grateful for the chance at a much longer visit from the children he only sporadically got the chance to see. Considering his twin girls were about to begin at Hogwarts, and because they were now guests of the castle while their fathered taught here, Ethan found it only fitting he give them a grand tour of the castle and all its wonders.

"And this, children, is the Great Hall. You've already been here, of course, considering it's eventually en route to the Headmistress's Office. Perhaps if you want you can take up seating with the Ravenclaws tonight at dinner," he explained, releasing Valerio's and Heather's hands (Erica walked proudly on her own slightly in front of them) to open the door.

Three pairs of eyes widened at the sheer amount of llamas milling about the room. "Wow!" all three voices murmured with stunned awe.

"Yes, quite amazing isn't..." Ethan began and had been about to stride into the room before coming face-to-face with one of the llamas. Blinking in confusion and surprise, he gazed around the entire hall.

There were llamas everywhere!

"Oh dear..." Ethan muttered, slowly stepping away from the door and urging the children to follow his lead. "This is... rather unusual..." One of the llamas had markings around its eyes similar to a pair of glasses, reminding him of one of the few fellow bespectacled professors. "Professor, is that you?!"

Ethan didn't realize that Erica, unafraid of the room full of critters, had stepped forward instead of back and reached up to pet one.
