| Maybe the same as your patronus... Ana thought musingly. She couldn't recall what Darien's patronus was, whether it was a wolf or not. She resolved to attempt the patronus charm, just to see what her form might be. And hoping it wasn't something pathetic. | |

| Professor DeLanquar waited as her students seated themselves, before she began levitating material in the shapes of water pitchers and oranges to each of their desks. "The necessary incantation is on the board." she stated, expertly flipping the last orange to land on the final desk. "Please transfigure the oranges into watermelons and the water pitchers into bunnies."
For those who might struggled with the transfiguration, Eglantine transfigured an extra orange into a watermelon and a water pitcher into a large fluffy bunny. Her bunny however hopped straight for the door. "I'll giw it!" a childish voice squealed. There was a bark from behind her desk and a Saint Bernard puppy ran out after the bunny. Following right after the dog was her son Edwin, soaking wet and obviously very happy. "No, Towiver." he shouted, diving for the puppy.
Eglantine levitated the poor shaking bunny right before the puppy leapt on it. "Edwin Richard DeLanquar, qu'est-ce que tu fais dans ma classe?" she asked, motioning for him to get up off of the floor. The child giggled. "Désolé, Mama!" he laughed, obviously not at all sorry. He dragged his puppy across the floor until he stood in front of his mother's wheelchair.

| Alexandria walked in the classroom quietly with her back around her shoulder and took a seat. She took out her wand, parchment and quill to get ready for the lesson she will be learning for day. She looked at the professor and gave a smile showing she was very friendly. | |

| Raven came in the classroom opening the doors looking throughout the room. It was nearly empty, all who was in it was a 1st year Slytherin and the professor. Raven walked quietly as possible to her desk trying not to make eye contact with anyone and brought out everything she would need for the lesson. She then brought out a book and began to read hoping she wouldn't have to talk with anyone. | |

| Eglantine finally managed to pass out the rest of the pitchers and oranges to the new students as she pulled Edwin to sit in her lap. "Oranges into watermelons and for extra credit the pitchers into bunnies." she repeated, gently stroking her son's brown hair. "Why are you here, lieb?" she asked softly. Edwin just giggled, trying to get down from her lap. "And remember the proper spells are on the board." Professor DeLanquar called again, her wheelchair taking her back to her desk. Picking up a quill and parchment that floated to her desk, she quickly wrote a note to her fellow professor and cousin, Esis.
Edwin finally worked his way out of his mother's arms and ran toward the students' desks, climbing under them. Due to a Hufflepuff's bunny having exploded, Eglantine ignored her son and went to console and assist the crying child.
((Note- Raven and Alexandria... you both received the necessary pitchers and oranges... points will be given for participation... and a "imaginary" class is present besides you two...))

| Raven put her book down and put her wand into her wand. She flicked it saying the incantation at the same time turning the orange into a watermelon. Raven gave a small smile for her success looking at the large green watermelon.
"Will this do, professor?" Raven asked showing the professor her watermelon.

| Renee Tohon reread the spells on the board. Looking a the oranges she said the incartation. It took her six tries to turn the oranges into small watermelons. She than tried the pitcher. It took her longer to turn the pitcher in to a cute bunny.
She raised her hand and asked Professor DeLanquar"Will the bunny turn back into a pitcher? I would love to keep the bunny if it dosn't"

| Michael Blackwood entered the classroom in his usual fashion and, with heavy footfalls due to his motorcycle boots, took his seat. Transfiguration was one of his favorite classes, aside from Potions, so he was rather confident in his abilities. He didn't always get the spells right in the former, but it was fun all the same.
After a few preliminary notes, Michael took up his wand and aimed it at the orange. One last glance at the board once more to confirm he had the correct spell in mind, and the Hufflepuff cast the spell. With a soft pop the orange had grown several times its former size and had a green, watermelon-y outside. With a slight amount of trepidation Michael knocked upon the firm rind to make certain its insides were watermelon as well, and not orange. It sounded like any other watermelon... and thus with a smirky smile of triumph he moved on to the second task.
A pitcher into a bunny... a much more daunting task than the orange. Fruit to fruit was much easier than inanimate object to animal...
Once again confirming the spell he needed to recite Michael pointed his wand at the pitcher, gave it the appropriate wave, and said the spell. The pitcher crumpled up on itself and twisted this way and that, not unlike clay being worked with in order to form a desired shape......
With a second soft pop there stood on Michael's desk a bunny with black and white striped fur, wearing a vivid red spiked collar and it's tail suspiciously in the shape of the pitcher's handle. It took all of the Hufflepuff's willpower not to laugh. Silently, Michael wondered if conjuring a bunny with accessories earned one extra points. Perhaps if it did, it might make up for the off-looking tail. Attempting to correct said tail, Michael muttered the spell again while pointing at the bunny's posterior.
Immediately, the fluffy handle-looking tail fell off the bunny, and turned into a second, much smaller version of the bunny it came from. However, this one was more flawed: its color was the color the pitcher had been, and water spurted out its ears at random intervals like a water fountain.
So now he had a tail-less bunny with a goth-type collar, and a second bunny with water coming out of its ears.
Once his parchment, quill, and ink had been saved from the 'bunny fountain' Michael raised one hand while trying to keep the bunnies on his desk and mopping up the tiny puddles the smaller creature was generating via its ears with the other.

| (It has been a while since I posted a class... so if anyone is interested, here you go)
It was the second class of the day and Eglantine was already exhausted. Thankfully Esis had taken the day off, claiming to have given her entire astronomy class a few days to 'study' for a 'project' and was taking care of Edwin as a penance. "Good morning." she didn't care that it was nearly noon and that most of the students present already had hungry eyes fixed on the doors. As soon as she dismissed them, she knew they'd make a beeline to the Great Hall for lunch. "Today we will be dealing with human transfiguration. Please pay close attention as this is not something you wish to fail as it can prove difficult to correct."
Her chair moved her over to the black board and she began marking down the proper incantation and wand movements. "Please do not attempt the transfiguration until you are sure you can mimic the instructions properly." A young Ravenclaw apparently didn't hear her last warning as she vanished in a plume of smoke. The class snickered as a mutated duck half quacked half burbled in the chair. "Miss Clana, stay where you are and I'll get you in a moment." she muttered, motioning for the class to settle. "Now begin."
(If you desire to join the class... simply rp your character as if he/she has been there since the beginning of the class)
