Headmistress Kiara walked into the charms class and smiled.

"For those who were in my defense class don't worry, no long lectures today. We will be learning the Reparo Charm today. Reparo in latin means to "renew" or "Repair". It is quite a useful charm to have especially when your a bit of a kluts.... like me. The pronunciation is reh-PAH-roh " she said.

She walked to her desk that had a glass on top of it and knocked it on to the floor.Of course it broke in to many tiny peices.

"Oopes..... no i am kidding I ment to do that... really I did. Observe"

Kiara pointed her wand at the broken glass and said "Reparo!"

The broken glass spun around for a second and the glass was whole again.

"Remember when you cast the spell to keep you wand pointed at the object until it is repaired or it won't repair fully. And consentrate, if you don't focus the spell won't do any thing at all"

"Alright now you guys practise" said Kiara as she waved her wand yet again, making broken tooth picks appear on the students desks.

" I started you guys off with something small, smaller things that are only broken in half are easier to repair then a larger shattered glass. Once you are able to Repair all of your tooth picks you are dismissed, I will stay untill all of you got it. but don't forget to copy your homework assignment" said the headmistress as wrote 5 questions on the bored.

Michael copied his homework first, though glanced at the wand perched upon his desk. It was clear he would have preferred to get right down to the magic part of things, but didn't dare get ahead of himself and forget the homework. He might want to be the lead vocalist for the next world-famous wizard rock band, but his parents would not help him support that dream if he didn't get good grades. They'd promised to look into getting a proper microphone and recording gear so long as he'd achieved the certain amount of O.W.L.s they'd agreed upon.

He tested out the Headmistress's tips by deliberately not keeping his wand on the toothpicks or concentrating only half-heartedly, but not long enough to cause the items to have mutated into some other shape than its original form. 'Interesting...' he mused at his findings. It wasn't long before he'd repaired nearly all of wooden bits assigned to him.
