Lessons and Homework

Ana blinked confusedly.
"Cloning potion? Why would you clone April?"

"No, I tried to clone myself. I was bunking. But thenm midget face got in the way...Loser."

Ana grinned.
"You rebel. Yeah, I noticed she did that...it's annoying isn't it?"

Eglantine watched as the students successfully transfigured the paperweights into hares. Many of them failed at the first and even second attempt, but she was encouraged by their progress.

Her eye caught on Miss Vaight, who was seated with another Slytherin.

She heard the unforgivables but due to the dizziness that passed over her, ignored it. The young Slytherin was not going anywhere and after a while she had her chalk write a note on the board.

"Miss Katelynne... stay after class." Eglantine moved to help a struggling Ravenclaw with a spineless hare and was careful to pin Miss Katelynne neatly with a icy glare. If Slytherin's knew how to glare, Professor DeLanquar could give lessons.

Katya looked up at the board and rolled her eyes. "Yay. Old Grumpy Limps-A-Lot must have heard... Well, that'll be taken care of." Katya grinned menacingly and pointed her wand at the proffesor who had her back to her. "Imperio..." Katya quickly thought of a command. Forget you saw Miss Krum and got back to her conversation. "Well... Obviously!"

This girl was starting to seriously worry Ana. She was out of control.
Ana suddenly realised she didn't really have much choice anymore.
Unless the professor fought the imperius...

Katya noticed the girl looking worried. "OK. How 'bout this? I stop Unforgivable-ing and you stop gawping? Well, I was brought up by two outlaw-wannabees! They taught me Crucio when I was 5..." Katya noticed her eyes prickling. "So, just stop patronizing me!" She quickly blinked it away. She wished she wasn't like this... How much she wanted to change...

"Okay, no 'gawping'...got it. It's just a bit unusual to hear unforgivables at Hogwarts."
Ana deliberatly kept her expression free of fear.

"Yeah, well, that's why they kicked me out of Beauxbatons..."

Ana wasn't sure what to say. "Well the headmistress here would probably prefer to talk to you about your life first."

"Yeah RIGHT(!!). No-one in my life has ever wanted to help me or anything like that. That's why I'm such a rebel." She grinned. Then, she looked up at the board and saw that the chalk words had disappeared. She sighed. "I try to stop. I mean... I really do! But, there's a part of me that loses control sometimes. You know?"

Eglantine easily combated the imperio with the many wards set up around her mind and her carefully kept occulmency shields.

"Come with me." she stated, clearly looking at Katya. And then she made her way into her office.

((So Katya's last name is what?))

Ana watched in silence as the Professor summoned Katya to her.
A part of her that loses control... Her thoughts flicked to Darien. The one person she'd thought wouldn't betray her. She'd thought they'd been the two in their family who wouldn't make fools out of each other.
She'd thought wrong.
She wouldn't make that mistake again.

Aiden picked a few of Ana's stray thoughs. "Danm Legilimency"

Something was bothering her greatly he found it hard to resist asking her what was wrong.

"Something the matter Ana?"

Ana jumped at the voice in her head.
That girl...she's April's sister, and slightly crazy...She casts an unforgivable every three seconds and now DeLanquar's noticed. A thought struck her.
Are you spying on my mind?

Aiden inwardly winced.
"Well not intentionaly, your telepathic link makes it hard not to pick up stray thoughts...... Sorry"

Okay, I believe you...thousands wouldn't. I wonder what DeLanquar's going to do to Katya or whatever her name was... She said...something that makes me think she needs help...She's just trying to get noticed.
Ana sighed and propped her head up on her palm.
I'm going to have to marshall my thoughts now... Although the whole telepathy thing is pretty cool...Prank possibilites... Images of possible pranks filled her mind, flickering faster and faster.
Oh, sorry...I think in pictures sometimes. She thought.

"It's okay, Amy's shields block out pictures around my mind anyway. So I heard you found out about your brothers star crossed relationship with the Gryffie. How are you two anyway?' thought Aiden.

Then Amy came in, " Aiden mind your own business, You don't need to answer him Ana" though truth be told she was a little curious as well.

It's alright... Ana sighed, digging a quill into the desk. You guys have met my parents, you know what they're like. They've lied to me and Darien without a care for all our lives. I'm used to it. But Darien didn't even tell me. We're telepathic...yet he didn't bother to tell me. I thought he was the only one who wouldn't... When I nearly found out about it and confronted him, he and Diana told some rubbishy excuse about a project. I was inclined to disbelieve it, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I don't do that often. And he abused that trust.
She glanced at her hare...lost in thought.
Sorry, I'm probably boring you two with my family issues. She almost smiled.

"Nah come on Ana, Regardless what your parents thinks we are cousins, your family issues are our family issues. Besides it is more interesting then this lesson " Thought Aiden.

Amy came in, " Don't be mad at your brother forever Ana. he is still your brother and he made a mistake. As guys tend to make"

Ana grinned, then wiped her face blank. She didn't need to be noticed smirking at nothing.
True...Thanks cousins. But I think I'll wait til he's recovered until I talk to him.

"Good luck... That is all we can say" thought Aiden as he aimlessly turned is hare into a mouse and back again. "This is boring" he said out loud.

"He is head over heals for the gryffie prefect"

Hm...
Ana glanced around the room, deep in thought.
She almost regretted owling her parents now... What was her father going to say?!

Amy sighed and wrote down the questions for homework.

"If you fine this so boring dear brother perhaps, you should take up studying to be an amiagus, should be interesting enough for you" she said to her brother.

Aiden thought about it.

"Perhaps I will. I am curious to see what my form would be"
