The Castle and Grounds

The Athenonon stared at the Headmistress for longer than was comfortable. However, she slowly gave a nod that signalled the affirmative. 'Yes you may ride me.'

Kiara went with Mr. Casillas and Persephone back to the grounds of hogwarts.

Petting Persphone she turned to Nick.

"You have put me in a rather difficult position Mr. Casillas, I can't have Persphone come running into the castle looking for you when ever she wants. Either you are able to work something out or she will have to stay in the stables."

She said this softly, it wasn't threat merely a warning.

"I'm terribly sorry Professor, I have no idea how she got up there!" Nicolas said honestly. "I was merely talking with my cousin when suddenly I heard a bunch of Ravenclaws talk about a mad Winged-Horse in the Library."

"I am going to make sure it doesn't happen again Ma'am, just don't put her into the stables." Nicolas plead. "I'll even clean up the mess she made in the Library."

" I Certianly hope you can keep to your promise Mr. Casillas"

Looking over Persphone she continued. "For entierly her sake... Please understand the seriousness of this, it isn't the library I am worried about. It was a good thing the library was for the most part empty, if a student had been hurt because of it I wouldn't be able to do anything to stop them from pressing charges. And depending who they are, Persphone's fate would be in there hands..... "

Kiara let the statment hang so he could assorb the meaning in her words.

"The last time a student was hurt he filed for the animal to be executed..."

A very unpleasant chill went down Nicolas' spine. "I understand Professor."

"But he must have been hurt bad. I mean.... execution sounds a bit... harsh." He simplified it for the Headmistress' sake. He wanted to say things much worst.

Kiara nearly scoffed.

"No he wasn't badly hurt according to the records of the inccident report anyway. And from the look of the file it was the students fault. Really insulting a hippogryff he was lucky he only got a scratch. But that is my point it doesn't even have to be Persphones fault, the board of govenors will always side with the student no matter how morally wrong they are."

Patting Persphone she continued "I would like to think none of my students could do something like that, but it could still happen. Just be careful"

"I will Professor. " Nicolas said.

((Looking for Edwin))

Kiara went out on to grounds.

"Okay Eglantine, what is Edwins favorite thing to do outside, where would he go first?"

Eglantine looked around, at least ten search spells immediately coming to mind.
"I don't think he has ever been outside...unless Lachesis took him to the gardens." she replied. Suddenly her eyes widened.
"The lake!"

Kiara eyes widened.

"No... come on I don't trust the mer- people completely yet, let make...."

"Dear merlin I hope he isn't there...."

thought Kiara as she moved toward the lake.

Eglantine followed Kiara and soon passed her, of course she knew that Edwin could swim, but there was creatures in the lake...

Amy walked out on to the ground and looked around for Nick.

Aiden brought a bunch o books on trainsfigation to keep him busy.

"Amy," Nicolas said smiling. He then turned to Aiden, "Oh you won't be needing that where were going."

Aiden raised his eye brow "Where are we going?" he asked.

Amy nodded wondering the same thing.

"Here," Nicolas said. "I got a school broom for you." He passed it to Aiden.

"Since Persephone can only ride two." Well that wasn't entirely true. Persephone could comfortably ride three people. But Nicolas wasn't going to let him ride Persephone.

Persephone was a few metres away.

Aiden looked at the old broom "I would have brought mine ifI I knew I neededit." he mumbled.

"Where are we going anyway? or are you not going to tell me?" Amy asked.

"Well," Nicolas said. "I thought you might like to visit my parents."

Amy eyes widened "Your parents?? already? Really?" Amy bit her lip, suddenly feeling very nervous"

"Sure," Nicolas said. "Not to worry, they're not like your typical Pure-blood parents. Well Mum isn't anyway... Dad's... well he's on business trip. Besides, I want to show you around Espana."

"Persephone," he called out. Persephone trotted to their side.

'If you say so, can't go any worse then the last set of parents I visited" Said Amy.

Aiden rolled his eyes, "Sis you had fun terrorizing them, what are you talking about?"

" Hey They started it, asking us all those silly questions about our family..."

Amy let the subject drop.

"Alright then, let's go." Nicolas put his hand out for Amy to take as she mounted Persephone.

Amy grabed onto his hand and climed on Persephone.

"Yes lets go"

Nicolas mounted Persephone behind Amy.

"Try and keep up," Nicolas called to Aiden. "Back home Persephone!"

Darien walked out into the dim sunshine, the cool wind rushing past him.
"So what's this mysterious thing you want to show me?" He asked Diana.

"This," she said and transformed into a golden hawk that took immediately to flight. She circled Darien and transformed back again. "I'm an animagus now!" She said happily.
