Ana strolled out onto the duel and faced the thin, haughty looking woman opposite.
"Oh come now Horatio, she is only a child! Surely you cannot expect me to duel a girl still at school?" She called to Horatio.
Ana glared at her.
"Underestimate me at your peril." She hissed.
"Oh, she speaks as though she has a chance of victory!"
"And you speak like a pompous imbecile. Like you are, no doubt." Ana smirked. "Come, lets start this duel, unless you're afraid..."
"I do not fear children." The woman snarled.

Sephrena stared at the child in front of her and smirked, This would be a easy win.

Lazily she shot off 3 stunners directed at Ana.

Ana blocked the stunners and followed with three of her own.
Non-verbally she cast confudo, and strengthened her shields, ready for the next assualt.

Sephrena blocked the stunners and was surprised by the confusion charm, non verble rather unepected.

Desperatly she pulled a spell from her head.

"Impedemnta"

And she followed that with a disamring spell.

Ana muttered ascendio soaring into the sky and only being knocked slightly backwards by the spell.
The disarming spell flew below her, and she released the spell, casting a full body bind non-verbally as she landed on her feet once more.
She followed with a blasting curse, and cast her protective spells again.

Sephrena managed to pull her self out of the confusion spell and put in place a protection spell.

The shield halted the body bind, She was pushed backward by the blasting curse.

Angry the girl was getting the best of her she upped the game alittle. She animated afew of the knight statues that were around the arena.

She told 3 of them to attack and sent out 4 stunners.

Ana watched as the knights drew nearer, and three stunners rebounded off her shield.
She dodged the last, but it hit the floor an inch to her right.
She swore as she fell, cutting her palm and barely gripping her wand.
"Immobulus." She froze two statues and blasted the third apart.
"Incarcerous!" She yelled, followed by two stunners and another confusion.
She recast her shields and stepped forwards away from the wall.

Sepherena dodged the spells and blocked the confusion.

She sneared at the girl, perhaps it wouldn't be a easy fight after all.

She then sent out a full body bind spell and transfigured two stone statues into dogs ordered them to attack.

The full-body bind bounced off Ana's shields and she turned to face the first stone dog.
However, she made the mistake of turning her back on the other one. As she blew the first to pieces, the second lunged.
She leapt to one side, but the stone scratched her cheek and arm.
Swearing, she blew it into pieces more vehemently.
Ignoring the pain and blood, she shot two more confusions and incarcerous at her opponant.

Sepherena growled as a confusion curse struck her again, and she lost her concentration.

She managed to send out one stunner and put up a shield for the next attack.

Ana stepped to the side of the stunner and sent a wave of fire at her opponant, smirking.
She waved her wand at three more statues, animating them and ordering them to attack.
She raised more shields and watched as the statues began to circle her opponant.

Seoherena's sheild managed to resist the the fire and she was surprised by the animated statues.

She blew one of them apart but thanks to the confusion spell she missed the other ones and the other knocked her over with it sword, she hit her head on the wall and glared at Ana, how dare the girl humiliate her.

Sore, she got up and manged to shake off the confsion spell.

Then she sent a massive explosion spell hoping it would knock the girl unconsoius.

Ana strengthened her shields but was knocked backwards by the sheer force of the explosion.
She noticed her enemy was wounded and smirked more openly.
She sent several stunners, incarcerous, petrificus totalus and finally expelliarmus in Sephrena's direction, and recast her protective charms.

(lol okay I don't like this woman she is done)

Sephrenea tried to evade and block the spells but she was it by the Petrificus totalus and the disarming spell.

Going as stiff as a bored she dropped her wand and feel backwards.

Ana grinned as Horatio declared her the winner and freed Sephrena. She climbed back up the stairs, smiling at Horatio as she passed. Maybe he and the other elders would finally reconsider her as heir...

The twins went over to Ana with grins on the faces.

"See told you the was nothing to worry about, now didn't I?" said Aiden.

"You want a healing potion for those scratches?" Amy asked.

Ana glanced down at her arm.
"Oh- merlin... This was a new robe...this morning. Thanks, but I need to practise my healing spells." She smiled, waving her wand slowly over her arm, healing the scratches.
"Uh...that is the weirdest feeling." She shuddered. Her arm knitted itself together as scratches healed over. She vanished the blood from her arm and robes.
"Better."
She felt something damp and sticky on her face.
"Have I got blood on my face?" She asked, raising a hand to the long thin scratch along her right cheek.

Aiden nodded "you have a cut right there" said as he pointed to her cheek.

"Let me, don't want to be healing something you can't see it is dangerous" he said as he brought his wand up to her cheek and whipered the healing spell.

"Thanks."
Ana smiled and vanished the blood from her face and hand.
Darien grinned. "Nice one sis, maybe Horatio will finally accept I cannot be bothered and you should be 'heir' or whatever."
Ana glanced down at Horatio. "Maybe." She looked to her left, at the 'top box' and her father. He smiled at her, and Ana beamed back.
"So who's duelling next?" Darien asked expectantly.
Ana sighed. "I'll go check you lazy son of a-"
"Mind your language Ana!" Darien waved a finger in her face.
Ana pointed her wand in his face in retaliation.
Unsurprisingly, Darien backed away.
"Go and check the timetable...or I kill you."
Darien opened his mouth to argue then sighed. "What's the use? Fine, use sibling labour!"
"I will. Go." Ana pointed at the timetable, Darien rolled his eyes and began to make his way towards it. Ana blinked several times.
"Wow, he's losing backbone..."

Amy and Aiden laughed as the watched Ana boss her brother around, it was funny to watch.

"Well now we've all duelled, congrats on your pounding of the old lady by the way Amy." Darien had returned.

"Now we have to wait a while, quite a few people have been knocked out and they need to do semi-finals on each court." Darien continued.
"Okay, so what do we do for that time?" Ana asked.
"I think we can leave the courts or do whatever really." Darien shrugged and went to go and sit next to Diana.
Ana smiled. "So what do you guys want to do?"

"I want to go and walk around for a bit also check where we are standing in the ranks with the tournament" said Amy.

"Okay." Ana started walking. "We can check that in the top box."
"Ana!" A loud shout echoed over the general noise.
Ana stopped dead and swore inwardly, but outwardly smiled. "Uncle Ig..."

The twins looked at eachother.

"Uncle who?"they said as one.

"Uncle Ignatius...These are my friends, Amy and Aiden Avalon." Ana smiled at her uncle, who glowered down at the twins.
"Avalon...don't recall the name." He boomed.
Don't say anything to offend him! Please, just ignore all his taunts and jibes, and just don't give him a reason to seek revenge. He has been known to kill in duels...legally...and he can hold a grudge longer than my father. You do not want him as an enemy.
