Reginald smiled.
Nothing happened. He had to confess to himself that he had suspected there might be something in the chocolate, but apparently not.

"I guess we can't go then..." Diana said to Darien slightly confused.

"Pardon me," a young man of about 17 went through Diana and Darien. He was sporting blue hair and lots of mental.

"I'm sorry..." Diana stopped herself. There was something rather familiar with that boy.

Nathaniel Cross took his place into the arena. "Ready?" He asked the young Vaight.

The girl nodded, not trusting herself to speak.
"You may begin!" Horatio shouted.
Toni quickly cast protego, and hoped it would be enough.

Viper raised an eyebrow in suprise. She definately wasn't quite expecting this. She smiled slowly. "Lovely. Shall we go on then?" she was eager to see the other duels going on.

This is almost too easy, "Avis!" He casted and as the birds flew out of his wand, he threw a stunning spell in her general direction. The bird's for the most part covering the incoming hex and it hit her head on, even with the shielding charm in place.

"After you..." Reginald nodded his head slightly. "I believe an unspeakable is duelling on court two..."

Toni screamed as birds knocked the wand out of her hand.
"Enough!" Horatio vanished the birds and raised a hand. "Nathaniel wins."
He scowled fiercly at Toni for being beaten so easily and she fled the arena, almost in tears.

Nathaniel bowed at his adverstary then again at her father and left the arena.

Diana was watching the duel carefully. "Darien, that bloke... that blue haired-bloke, he reminds me of someone."

Amy watched the duel finish, and shook her head at the kid who lost. "Amature, that is why you dogde curses and freeze conjured animals" she said.

"Don't they teach these kids anything?"

"Apparently not." Nathaniel Cross appeared behind them.

Amy jumped spun around and had her wand aimed the sudden voice as quick as a flash.

Then realizing he was the dueler that won and he didn;t have his wand aimed at her she lowered her wand. Plus he sounded familiar.

"Sorry, afew crazy people around here make me jumpy"

"Hm," Nathaniel said. "I hope I'm not one of them."

Amy shook her head but she continued to look at him curiously. That voice....

"Have we met before? you sound familiar"

"No," Nathaniel said a little too quicky. He then realized that the quick 'no' sounded a bit too suspicious so he quickly tried to cover it up. "At least I don't think so. I mean, I don't even know your name."

Amy raised her eye brow, and gave him a calulating look.Something fishy about him "Indeed..... you sure? I mean I could have sworn I heard your voice before...I mean it sounds almost like...."

Nathaniel gave a cough, and he adjusted his voice. "I am pretty sure."


Nathaniel judged it was getting too risk to linger any longer. "Well, it was nice meeting you but I have to get ready for the next duel. Take care of yourself."

And with that the blue haired wizard disappeared into the crowd of people.

Amy tapped her wand in her hand, something was up about him, and she just knew it.

"Yeah right..... he just finished a dual, won't have one again for atleast another hour...We have met I know it"

"Come on guys, we might be duelling soon!"
Darien waved them over.
"What? Not satisfied watching Toni humiliate herself for the rest of her life?" Ana asked.
"I don't find such things amusing Ana...I think you're getting the two of us confused."

Amy and Aiden laughed, "We are coming,

"Hey who are we fighting next anyway?" asked Aiden.

"An excellent question." Darien looked expectantly at Ana.
"What?"
"Well, tell them who they're fighting."
"And why would I know?"
"Oh, you didn't memorise the timetable? I am ashamed of you Ana."
"Shut it. You go check."
"Why should I?"
"Because, brother dear, I checked last time!"
"I'm the eldest!"
"Elderly more like." Ana smirked.
Darien glared. "I am not elderly."
"Prove it. Walk down the tiny steps and look at the timetable."
"Maybe I will!" Darien stood up and began walking down the stairs.
"Hey Darien! Don't forget your reading glasses!" Ana called after him.
"I can't hear you..."
"I told you to fix that hearing aid! Put a new battery in, dammit!"
Darien rolled his eyes and kept walking.
"He never listens...Even when his hearing aid's on..." Ana sighed, grinning broadly.

The twins looked in amusement, really it was always fun to watch the two siblings antics.

Darien stomped back up the stairs, glaring daggers at Ana.
"Okay, Aiden's first this time...against the fifth-favourite to win. No pressure or anything... But he's pretty good. Then it's Ana...against second-cousin, Dan. Mother's brother in laws nephew or something...either way, he looks like he's improved since last year."
Ana glanced at the boy, practising a few spells by the side of the stand.
"Then Amy, you're against that woman over there. The really tall one with a bun on the top of her head. The crazyily dangerous looking one. She should be okay, she's gettign on a bit-"
"Like you are Dar...wow, you and her have so much in common! I think she has a hearing aid too...I'll go ask her!"
Darien glared at Ana. "I don't have a bloody hearing aid!"
"Well then you seriously need one...I'll get you one for your birthday!"
"I hate you."
Ana grinned. "Love you too brother."
Darien growled and sat back down. "And you wonder why I spent last summer at Jake's-" His voice slipped a bit at the end.
Ana rolled her eyes. "You and Jake were inseparable...I was starting to think you were gay."
Darien ignored her.
"Alright, don't get so moody." She looked past Darien to Diana. "Don't worry, he's not gay..."
"Can we please change the subject?" Darien's tone was emotionless, but somehow strained.
"Alright, alright..." He's still sad...His best mate, Jake was the one that was killed to bring back Voldie. Ana thought to the twins.
"Owch, that looked like it hurt. Why isn't Horatio stopping this fire?" Ana winced as the losing person crashed into the wall.
"Because he's a Vaight." Darien replied.

Aiden went down to the platform and Amy was in the refs box.

Holding his wand out he waited for his next oppenent.

Raoul walked casually out onto the dais and faced Aiden.
He was fighting a schoolkid?
Oh well... He smiled and nodded at his father, Horatio...the referee.
Smiling lazily, he held his wand in front of his face.
"Go!" Horatio called.
Raoul spun on the spot, his wand moving fast. A burst of wind spun around him, flying off towards Aiden. He stood still, his wand pointed at the floor below the boy's feet.
As the small hurricane neared, he liquified and then froze the boards, trapping the boy's feet in the wood.
A smug smile lit up his face.

Aiden glared, and mumbled "What? Think I can't get out?"

Pointing his wand at the floor Aiden yelled "Reducto!".

The platform shattered into peices around his legs, creating hole around his legs allow him to get free.

On the side lines Amy winced, that hurt "Carefull Aiden, unlike you I still want my legs"
"Sorry sis"
"Its fine keep going" though her voice still held strain.

Aiden pointed his wand at the peices of would on the platform and transfighured them in to pins.

Leviating them up he shot them at his opponent legs.

"Nice."
Raoul flicked his wand, melting the pins into a metal slime that oozed off the platform.
"But not good enough."
Raoul muttered a spell, and a towering wall of flame erupted in front of Aiden. He closed his eyes and poked his wand slightly forwards, sending the flames closer.
He summoned the metal slime and duplicated it, then formed a giant winged serpent out of it.
Animating it, he smirked as it flew up in to the air and circled high above the boy's head.
With a flick of the wrist, he sent three stunners at the wall of flame, which passed through it easily, like a knife through butter.
