Dueling Demo

"Oh no you don't" said Kiara as she stepped aside.

"I am much to ticklelish, to be hit by that"

"Confundo!"

Viper somersalted out of the way. "Avis!" she exclaimed.

Quickly Kiara fired "Immobulus" at the birds leaveing them suspened in the air.

"Stupefy"

"Protego," Viper called out as the red flash disentigrated.

"Impedimenta!" she cast, non verbally.

Kiara stummbled as the non verball curse hit her leg.

"Oh bloody perfect,,hmm Lets see how good of a snake charmer you really are Viper"

"Serpensortia"

A cobra emerged from her wand.

Viper hesitated a moment when she saw the snake slither towards here. She didn't want to reveal to everyone in the room that she was a parselmouth so she took the cowards way out and vanished the gorgeous cobra. "Vipera evanesca" she cast, followed by a "Bombardo"

"Protego"

She decided to switch tactics, Viper had a temper on her my as well make it work against her.

(Students can't hear this conversation!!)

With a wandless Muffliato so students couldn't here them "talk"

"So Viper how are you and my dear old causin getting along? hmm? he is old you know. mid 80s at least"

"Incarcerous"

Viper blocked the spell instantly and called for a time out.

"I beg your pardon, Kiara?"

Eglantine rose an eyebrow as a muffliato as cast around the platform. Taking it as Kiara did not want her to hear anything, she glanced nervously around the room.

Viper folded her arms delicately across her chest. She had intended to speak to the Headmistress about her mission but not in front of all these students!

"Kiara, what did you mean by that?"

"Relax Viper students can't hear you, But I want to know what you were doing making out with Voldemort? In my experiance people in to tell the truth while in a duel, cause they are to busy to make up a lie!! So we talk here and now."

"Kiara, I was...engaging.... Lord Voldemort in an embrace to gather information! Surely you don't think I would do it out of pleasure!" Viper sighed. "Making a whore of myself is the only way to survive in his world...." she said softly. "My abilities count for nothing in his eyes. Only my body..."

"That is ridiculus and you know it, Gather information? Voldemort is smarter then that then to let hormones think for him, You really think he will trust you just how you look?"

Kiara stopped eyeing Viper critically her wand still held tightly in front of her.

"I know my cousin Viper, Ever since I learned who he was I have spent my life learning everything about him. He dosen't trust a follower just becasue they are pretty."

Viper shook her head sadly. "I know he's smarter than that. That's the problem. He wanted me to beg him for knowledge of what he was going to do to my sister. All of it, my begging, my..whorish behavior. It was just him playing me one a string like one would do with a dog." she paused, preparing herself in case Kiara attacked. "Why else would I be snogging him? For bragging rights? For love?" she scoffed. "He isn't quite the affectionate type."

Viper revealed her arm. "And he doesn't trust me. Look, he won't even put the dark mark on me."

Eglantine began to tap her cane, much to the amusement of several students. This is suppose to be a dueling demonstration, she thought, sighing deeply, not a tell-all session.

"The dark mark isn't a mark of trust, Viper. Besides there is no point in you having it all it does is cause pain. Take it from someone who knows"

"Expelliarmus!!"

Viper blocked it off easily. "Petrificus Totalus!"

"So if you're the one who has had the mark, and Eglantine is the one actually bound to him, partially being responsible for why he has strengthened, why am I the outcast?" she asked softly. There was no accusation in her voice, or even anger. It was a simple plea for answers.

"Protego"

"Your a wild card Viper. capable and smart enough to play both sides. How do I know what you say is the truth?"

"Locomotor Mortis"

Viper blocked the spell and stepped closer to Kiara. "You don't. But tell me, Kiara, if a dishonest person says they are dishonest, does that mean they are lying about being dishonest? Or are they being honest about the fact they are never honest? How does one interpret that?"

"Luckily or unluckly for me, you never said you were dishonest so that doesn't count"

"Lumos Solem"

Right after she let out the raye of blinding sunlight jumped behind Viper.

"I'm dishonest." Viper shrugged before sommersaulting into the air. 'Aguamenti!" she cast downwards, her head throbbing with a fresh migraine from the blinding light.

Kiara side stepped the jet of water.
"Of course.... say that just to give me a headache"

Then she saw a flash of pain in Vipers eyes.

"And I thought you didn't feel pain?..Immobulus!".

Viper blocked the spell and paused, clutching her head in agony. "I-I don't."

Viper knew her plan wouldn't last long, Kiara was too clever to fall for that but the slight hesitance gave her a spare moment to quickly strike. "Bombardo!" she exclaimed.

"Protego"

The spell crashed into her shield it being alot more powerful then she expected, it pushed her back slightly and broke her shield. She felt ankle begin to throb.
