Rossa giggle and nodded, so much for only wanting her hair cut up to her shoulders.

Oh.. her Dad was so going to flip,

"Alright, want to go all out huh? Have a seat sis" she said pointing to a chair at her desk.

"Be just like my own hair salon eh?" she said with a smile as she got out a bunch of hair clips..

Kiara gave a shadow of a smile at Esis antics, somehow it didn't surprise her that Esis got a knew pet.

She winced at Eglantines whisper... yes it was a dangerous spell infact there had been a chance the meeting today she could have snapped from the strian of it. She gave Ciaran a watery eyed shake of her head...

"No more that you have been doing Love, I just need time, my end of the tether will strengthen after more encounters with her. It is like a mussle, weak at first from no use.. the more we come into contact the stronger it will get" she explained quietly.

"For now I just need time...." she said tiredly. However her shaking tight grip on Ciaran's hand showed she need alot more then that..

Greta bounced in the seat, forever unable to sit still, even for something she wanted.
"Yeah, and Slytherin green streaks. Don't you dare go all Gryffindor on me..." she joked.

Eglantine said nothing, already going through every fact she knew about the spell. There had to be a reason for Serena to have mentioned it... beyond explanation. Perhaps Serena didn't want Kiara to allow that muscle to grow stronger. Or taking that thought a step further, maybe she wanted it broken. And there was only one method Eglantine knew of that could break such a spell... it wasn't one that she wanted to dwell on.

"Okay," Ciaran nodded, wishing there was more he could do. It also worried him that his mother-in-law had suddenly gone totally silent. He carefully held her hand tighter, fear for his wife doubling within him. "We'll be sure ya get it okay." he murmured.

"If you will excuse me..." Eglantine sighed, rising from her seat. "I should make sure Esis doesn't destroy anything..." She left the kitchen seemingly going to find her cousin; however the woman was the furthest thing from her mind. Already she was going through the ancient tomes hidden within her office at Hogwarts.

Edwin patted his sister's hand, giving her a smile.
"You did very well." he assured her. "Better than could ever have been expected."

Rossa chuckled and shook her head, "Now why in Merlin's name would I go Gryffindor on you? I am not Edan or Tav ya know.. I personally think blue would look great.. But Slyherin green is good to" Rossa said amused at her sister... Gryffindor really.. she was a ravenclaw through and through...

"And stop bounceing, don't want me to take out a chunck of hair you don't want me to take out do ya?" she said take a brush to her sisters blond hair.

Kiara nodded to Ciaran, thankfull he was there for her. "Thank you, so much love" she murmered.. " And don't worry all will be fine in time" she said leaning on him"

She sighed when Eglantine left, no doubt to reserch more on the spell. She didn't say anything however, she couldn't stop her.

"Thank you Edwin, your right it could have gone alot worse" she said softly with a sigh..

"We are lucky are is went good at it did..."

Greta shrugged, willing herself to sit still. "Edan charmed my hair blue last week, remember. I've got nothing against ravenclaws... just would be the laughing stock of my house if I had red streaks." she explained, giggling happily. Against she had to force herself to stop bouncing.

Ciaran sighed, wishing he could do more beside give wordly comfort. Wrapping his arm around her, he kissed her temple, sighing softly. "I love ya, Kiara..." he murmured, having just about stopped using her nickname, unless they were alone.
Ever the optimist, Edwin nodded, relieved his sister seemed to think so.
"Speaking of luck, did you hear that Sine and I are going to try to have a kid?" Some people announced they were having a child... with Edwin and Sine, it was second nature to announce they were attempting.
"You right be grandparents again." he chuckled, hoping it would lift Kiara even slightly.

Rossa smiled and started clipping her sisters hair up so she could start layering it, intead of sissors she used her wand to cut her hair, a much cleaner cut in her opinion. Plus her Dad wouldn't be able to undo it with his magic.. it was her that cast it. These were the spells she learned to stop the bullies form ruining her hair in hogwarts.. only she could modify it. Of cousre the spells could be undone the natural way.. But she highly doubted her Dad would force Greta's to dye her hair...

Once it was a shorter length she showed Greta a mirror. "The length okay?" she asked.

Kiara kissed Ciaran's cheek, "And I you, very much so.. " she whispered back to him. Little did he know that his and everyones love for her was likely what was keeping her soul strong.

"You have no idea how helpful that is" she said sincerely, in this instance Love would give her strength.

She did smile however at Edwin, "Congratuations Edwin, I wish you and Dear Sine the best of luck.. you will be wonderful parents" she said.

Greta turned her head slightly as she looked at the result. It was in parts just above her shoulders and on its longest just touching... it was perfect. "And now for the green. Looks great, Rossa." she beamed. "Make it dark emerald, but only in streaks..." She began to point out where she wanted the streaks along with her statement.

He chuckled, turning her cheek gently to kiss her lips. "Aye... me heart is glad ta be hearing ya say it, lass." he smiled. He would do anything for her, but it was heart warming to hear that he was helping, even by just loving her.

Edwin leaned back.
"Yeah, probably the type of parents every kid dreams of... No bedtime... lots of snacks... etc." he winked as Ciaran's eyebrows went up. "Only kidding, you scottish tyrant." he teased.

Rossa giggled and once again took her wand out and started making Dark green streeks on her sisters hair.

"Tada!" she said showing the mirror again.

"How is that?" she asked.

Kiara sighed and gave him a tired smile, she would likely sob before she went to sleep that night, but for the moment she was happy and contented to be in her husbands arms.

"I know, thats why I love you so much" she said hugging him.

Kiara laughed sheepishly, at Edwins jeast, While she loved her husband with all her heart and thought him a wonderful father, he was very traditional, hundred times more traditional then she was in afew area's.. hence she had to be careful what she said yes to for the children. It wasn't more then once that the children would often go to her of they wanted something.. she was more likely to say yes then Ciaran...

"Oh cousre Edwin" she said sounding a bit amused.

"Oh it looks great!" Greta gapped at her reflection, loving the job her sister had done. "Thank you so much." she turned, hugging her sister. "You're the best."

Ciaran gently smoothed Kiara's hair as he held her. He loved having her safe in his embrace. The entire world always seemed better with Kiara with him. He couldn't imagine having lived without her... their marriage seemed to have always been.

"Sheesh... I was expecting an argument on that one." Edwin rolled his eyes, rising from his seat. "Take care of yourself, sis." he chuckled, dropping a kiss on her forehead. "I better go find Rossa and Greta... and make sure both are still alive and in one piece."

"Aye, ya do that, lad." Ciaran murmured, curious as to where his daughters had vanished to. But for now, he was more worried about Kiara.
"Ya going to be okay?" he asked.

Rossa smiled hugged her sister back for a brief moment, "Ya.. well thanks, lets hope I live past Dads lecture once he finds out" she said with a laugh.

"I am glad you like it"

Kiara nodded to Edwin, " Thank you Edwin" she muttered bact to her younger brother..

She looked at Ciaran, she loved him so so so much, she wouldn't be able to stand it with out him. She closed her eyes as a long tear streamed down her face as she again leaned on his shoulder.

"Yes Love... I will be fine... nothing a good cry and a sleep won't fix" she said giving him a kiss.

"I promise" she said with a sniff.

Greta shrugged. "I can say I did it, if you want." she murmured. "If you're having second thoughts..." she teased, admiring her hairstyle in the mirror again. "But honestly, its not like a tattoo or anything. I'm sure Mum can keep him from flipping out or anything."

"Aye, they say tears can clean the very soul." he murmured. "Yar very special, Kiara. Never forget that. Very special." he returned the kiss and sighed as he wiped her tear stained face.
"Poet couldn't capture yar lovely face..." Ciaran beamed. "Too lovely."

Rossa smiled and shook her head, "Nah, no second thoughts, I am good, aye. I was only teasing, I said I will take the blame and I will."

Kiara smiled, blushed and shook her head slightly, "Flatterer" she whispered leaning into his touch as more tears rolled down her face.

"You have such a loving soul... So strong" she said as she held her hand over his and her other hand rested on his cheek.
After many years, she was even more in love with him then before...

"No poet, that has been or ever will be alive will even being to cover how much Love you.." she said as a silent sob escaped her throat..
