Tav and Kaylie's apartment

Tav unlocked the door and dragged himself into the room, closing it behind him.
"Kay!" he murmured, laying down on the couch.

Kaylie hurried into the room, and found Tav all but collapesed on there couch, going to his side she knelt down beside him.

"Tav? What wrong? I thought you were going to wait until Horatio got back and was going to come take you home?" she said, since Tav had been sick she didn't want him over exerting him self.

"What happend?" she asked worriedly.

Tav groaned softly and opened his eyes to look up at his wife.
"Kay... you would not believe what has happened." he murmured, torn between gushing out his troubles or slowly slipping it out in bitter chunks. "Eglantine kidnapped Rossa... and then let her go... and is now fully accepted back into the family..." his voice was bitter.

Kay blinked looking confused, "Wow Tav back up that doesn't make sense, why would they do they do that? You have told me how dangerous she is.." she said as she tucked a conjured blanket over him. And looked at him again waiting for him to continue.

Tav sighed and sat up slowly, his stomach churning.
"She was cursed. Apparently it knocked Excessum loose or something and she is know clean as a whistle and innocent as a lamb."

Kaylie nodded in understanding, it was because of that no one was mad at her or the trouble she had caused.

She sighed and sat beside him and rubbed his back knowing he wasn't feeling well and was in a awful mood.

"You think they have forgiven her...?" she asked quietly while pulling him closer to her and running her hand through his hair in efort to calm him down and from making him self sicker.

Tav sighed, wrapping an arm around Kay.
"Yeah..." he sighed, bringing his hand to his head and leaning into her touch. "She looses her memory and it never happened... Am I the only one who hates her!?"

Kaylie looked at him for a moment at his question and put her hand to his forehead as checking his temperature.

"Do you have a fever now? Tav incase you forgot the entire wizarding world hates her. Hence why your family has been under attack be the press and the puplic.

Kaylie worked for the ministry at the moment, until she went on miturnity leave as she was 4 months along with her and Tavs first child.

Even she being Tavs wife recieved stares and whispers.

Tav opened his eyes.
"Yes I probably have one by now..." he groaned. "But they'll let it pass too... unless they kill her." His free hand sought hers and squeezed it gently.
"It wasn't her fault... she is still good... give her time... again and again my mum repeats it... Edwin repeats it... Ara... Rossa... Grandpapa... everyone but Ava."

Kaylie knew better then to argure with Tav when he was like this, she could understand where all those people were coming form. She had to admit she was one of them... couldn't hate a soul if her life depended on it. Less of course someone killed Tav... perhaps then.

But right now she was worried about him, he did feel warm.

Squeezing his hand gently she rubbed her thumb over his in a soothing motion.

"I see...hmmm you are warm, lets see" she waved her wand to tell his body temperature.

Personally she thought they had just been clinging to a fools hope, enough hope to keep them sane.

She nodded her head at what he said "Probably just said thay to keep them selves strong love" she said softly.

Tav rose from the couch and began to pace.
"I know..." he croaked. "Maybe I wanted her to be okay as well. I just hated watching them all suffer because of her. My little sisters hurt because of her. My little brother's beat up and mocked. My grandpapa loosing his job and broken hearted. My mum and da... crying at night and suffering by day. You... I know the reporters follow you too." he turned back to her.
"And now there is no justice. Because in the end... it wasn't her fault. We can't give death a trial for the pain it caused. We can only try to bring back the life of the woman it tried to take. It's not fair." tears ran down his hot cheeks and he slid to the chair behind him.

Kaylie looked at Tav worriedly, he did have a fever now, and now that he was worked up and upset it wasn't helping.

She followed him over to the chair she hugged him close to her and whiped his tears off his fevered face. "I know Tav... I know it not fair" she whispered rubbing his back becomeing increasingly worried about him.

He had a bunch of unusable anger, heck she thought they all did. Kaylie knew how protective Tav was over his younger siblings, and having them be hurt all the time and not being able to do anything about it must have been awful. Now there was no where for that anger to go, now the Eglantine didn't even remember being the Dangerous woman they most had come to fear.

"Its alright... I understand... Shh" she quietly as she tried to sooth him. It pained her to see her husband in such distress.

Tav sniffed and said nothing else, holding her close against him as she hugged him. His emotions mixed with his ill body and he just wanted to die.

Kaylie kissed Tav on the forehead and sighed, "Come lets get you to bed, everything will get better Dear, lets get you feeling better first. I don't like how fast this fever came on" she intent on getting her husband to bed and getting him a fever releif potion.

"Perhaps you should talk to your Mum when your feeling better?" she suggested if anyone had suffered it would have been the headmistress.

Tav nodded, leaning on Kaylie slightly as he stood. Bed sounded wonderful... strangely a potion even better, even though she hadn't mentioned it...he knew it would come.

"Yeah..." he muttered, his eyes glazed and tired.

Kaylie helped Tav to there bedroom and with a wave of her wand, tansfigured his day cloths into nightware. So he would be more comfortable...

Feeling his forehead once again and frowning she said "Want me to make you some fever releif potion dear?" she asked quietly as she caressed his hot cheek to let him know she loved and was worried about him.

Nodding, he climbed into the thick covers, shivering as they touched his hot skin.
"Yeah, that'd be nice." he whispered, laying back against the pillows. Sleep would help... he knew it would.

Kaylie nodded "Alright, I will back in a bit Dear" she said as she kissed his cheek she would have kissed his lips but she couldn't afford to get sick with the baby.

"Love you" she whispered as she moved a stray hair away from his eyes.

With that she got up and went to make a fever relief potion to help her beloved feel better.

Tav nodded, sinking deeper into the pillows. A potion would fix everything and he could get back to work tomorrow... so much to do... he groaned as the headache hit him again in waves of pain and clutched his warm head.

Kaylie made the fever Relief potion as fast and efienctly as she could.

She walked back into the room, Potion in a goblet already for Tav to drink and rest.

"Tav.. here dear this should help" she said quietly as she put her hand behind his head to help him sit up to drink it.

Tav slowly sat up, grabbing hold to the edge of the bed, due to his sudden weakness.
Sipping it down, he coughed and smiled up at her blurry form.
"Love ya." he muttered.

Kaylie nodded and smiled slightly.

"I love you to dear, now get some sleep and stop getting worked up about everything hmm worry about things when you are feeling better" she said as she kissed his forehead.

"Now sleep for while dear, if you are up for it I will bring you some soup, Alright?" She said as she helped him lay down again, she hated seeing her beloved so ill.

Tav leaned back against the pillows again, sighing deeply. She was right... he needed to rest and stop worrying. Soup sounded good... besides half a bag of cookies, he hadn't eaten anything that day. Which was probably a good thing...since he felt like throwing up.

Kaylie rubbed her hand on the back of his cheek before standing up and dimming the lights for him to sleep.

"I will come in every little bit and check on you, make sure that potion is doing its job. In a few hours I will come in with some light chicken broth. Hopfully you will be on your feet in no time" she said with a smile.

In the mean time, she was going to rest her self, is was turning into a tireing day. And the last thing she needed was to get sick her self.

Tav nodded, not opening his eyes. Kaylie... dear sweet Kay. What had he ever done to deserve her.
"Thank you." he murmured.
