She also served as Deputy Headmistress of Salem for 3 years...
Headmistress of Beauxbatons for two years until she was forced to leave by Vara Claven...
She then set up a florist shop in Nice, France for the next several years, until she became bored...
She then became a part time cook at a diner until she was fired...
She then requested a position as Astronomy professor at Hogwarts.

Marital status:
Esis is currently divorced from her second husband, Ammon Genese, whom she married in 2004. The couple separated due to both of them growing tired of their marriage. However during the divorce proceedings, both exchanged rather nasty attempts to gain full custody of their pet pig, Muffin. Therefore they are no longer on speaking terms. The divorce was finalized in 2017.

Her first husband, Clifford Higgins, and Esis married in the summer of 1961. They were married for 6 years before they divorced due to infidelity. A year later they remarried after a heartfelt apology and forgiveness. Their marriage continued until Clifford's death in 1981.

Children:
Esis has no children from either of her marriages, but considers her pet pigs, Beef and Cognac, to be her little babies. She also has a pet skunk named Pork.
