Appearance: He has jet-black hair, cut short – he finds it irritating if his hair covers his face. He has clear blue eyes, though sometimes they seem grey in the light. He is 5'11" in height.

Nicolas likes wearing anything comfortable however, you won’t see him in any cheap Muggle Clothing, he takes his image seriously and rather expensive wizarding wear.

Description:
Nicolas Casillas is the only child of Arturo and Camilla Casillas. Nicolas is the heir to the Casillas’ and he thrives in that fact. He is the very poster boy of everything a Casillas should be and would go into war to protect his family name. He loves being at the center of attention and would only give it up if it was for someone he liked. Proud, arrogant and sometimes, a bit of a jerk, Nicolas could probably pass for a Slytherin. But he wasn’t sorted into Gryffindor for any old reason, he would fight for anything that he believed in and is a true and loyal friend.

He can speak Spanish very well and sometimes when he is upset, converts to it, due to the fact that “swearing in English isn’t as fun as swearing in Spanish.” He loves Quidditch and would play for the Gryffindor Quidditch team if they had an open Keeper Position but alas, his cousin Diana has filled it. If it wasn’t for that fact that they were related, Nicolas probably would have stolen the position from her.

He loves to scheme and get into trouble and that evolved into the production of the Dare Club, which is a secret club where students receives dares and do them just for the thrill of it. He does have a sensitive side. He enjoys taking care of magical creatures.

History:
He had just got recently transferred to Hogwarts from Durmstrang because of a certain Slytherin snitch, by the name of Darien Vaight. He and Darien Vaight had a bit of a rivalry going on in Durmstrang and now that they are both at Hogwarts, it seems as if the Cauldron is brewing once again. At Durmstrang he had his own little group called the Conquistadors that he and his best friend Boris Kaminski founded. This group would often clash with Darien own group, and it probably didn’t help that Darien was a Vaight, the enemy of any Casillas, and Nicolas being one, takes that to heart.

Being that the Casillas Family is a Pureblood family, they had betrothed both Diana and Nicolas to tie the family back up. However, Diana and Nicolas have no feelings for each other, other then a platonic, brother-sister relationship and thus they convinced their family to break it off.

He has a romantic relationship with Amy Avalon.
His best friend and “brother” is Boris Kaminski.
He is the fourth cousin of Diana Casillas, they are also good friends.
He is the nephew of Armando Casillas... or third cousins once removed.

He currently has three pets, a temperamental Aethonon (winged-horse) named Persephone, a silent owl name Artemis and a jolly blue salamander named Alec who enjoys Nicolas' robe pocket. Nicolas had rescued Persephone from several Wizards who’d torture her when she was just a foal and since then, Persephone has been Nicolas’ loyal companion.
