The Infirmary

"I hate the rain," Raven didn't let her eyes off Juria's left hand.

"I LOVE the rain! Its nice," Cosette smiled looked at Raven wondering why she was looking at Juria's left hand. "Raven, why are you looking at Juria's left hand?" she asked.

Raven looked at Cosette and smiled, "Oh just thinking," she lied.

"I agree with Cosette, I love the rain, it is peaceful and beautiful"

Juria smiled, completely un-dangerously. She then also put her left hand behind her. She looked at Raven and raised an eyebrow, letting Raven know that she knew what she was thinking.

Juria now hoped that the way the conversation was headed would not lead to Cosette asking something like, "Hey, Juria why do you always wear those sleeve-gloves" or "Juria... can I see your sleeve-gloves?"

Juria smiled as if nothing was suspicious, though Raven knew her secret.

Cosette was suspicious, but didn't ask any questions and smiled.

Raven was almost tempted to go out to feel at ease but she didn't and stayed to talk with Juria and Cosette.

Juria smiled and wondered aloud about Ethan,

"I wonder what kind of person Professor Addams is like... cuz you know some people are not always what they seem."

Juria hoped that Ethan was exactly what he seemed, for Juria really did like how Ethan was right now.

Raven, without even thinking, said, "Yeah, like you being a Death Eater," Raven then realized what she said then covered it up with a pretty good fake laugh hoping Juria would go along with it so Cosette wouldn't find out.

"HUH!? A DEATH EATER!?" Cosette in shocked.

"No, just kidding," Raven faked laughed again.

Juria started laughing, but it was true laughter.

"Yeah, of course I am a Death Eater; I hurt you then want to fix you up!"

Juria said that completely sarcastically, was very nervous and hoped she could fool Cosette, but Cosette was in fact a Ravenclaw.

"I'm the one that cleans up after Death Eaters... they hurt people and I help people"

Juria smiled, her act was very convincing but she was still nervous.

Cosette looked at her suspiciously, "...Juria...can you please take off your glove," Cosette thought it was very convincing but she is very smart and knows better.

Raven felt extremely guilty for blurting it out without thinking.

Juria laughed and got up, off of the bed and smiled at Cosette,

"Come on Cosette, thats enough."

Juria then seemed to realize something,

"Oh, I never offered you something to drink! are you two thirsty?"

Juria tried to change the subject but she knew Cosette would not be as easily as Raven was.

"OO PUMPKIN JUICE PLEASE!" Raven asked excitedly.
But Cosette was smart enough to remember the conversation, "Please tell me whats under you glove," Cosette gotten serious wanting to know. She wanted to make sure Juria was a Death Eater or not. She wouldn't want to be in the presence of a Death Eater.

Juria glared at Raven,

"Raven, you really do get sidetracked easily..."

Juria sighed and looked at Cosette, she then walked a little ways away from Cosette and took off her RIGHT sleeve-glove.

"See, of course I’m no death eater."

She smiled, but she knew the secret was up, and it was Raven's fault, but she didn’t blame it on Raven.

"I know the sign of the Death eater is on the LEFT side of the hand," Cosette was nervous, she obviously figured it out, she really hoped it wasn't true.

Juria sighed and put down her right hand,

"Cosette, don’t you think it’s easier if you didn’t know?"

Juria's eyes showed pain and sadness. Juria got out her wand and threw it onto the bed next to Cosette,

"I'm unarmed, you can run or hide or never speak to me again..."

That was a lie; Juria had her "evil" wand on her, tied to her leg.

Juria casted a glance towards Raven, then turned her eyes towards Cosette, who probably was freaking out and not believing that Juria had been a Death Eater.

Raven looked down sad and VERY guilty wishing she should of left while she had the chance to.

Cosette looked at Juria and shook her head, "NO IT'S NOT POSSIBLE! YOUR LIEING!" she couldn't believe it, Juria was to nice to be a death eater.

How long was she a Death Eater, if she was one, Why did my parents trust her and made her my godmother!? Cosette calmed herself down, she knew being scared would make matters worse. She was still trembling in fear, she took deep long breaths.

Juria ran a hand through her hair and looked at Cosette, she started to take a step towards the girl but stopped and looked away in shame. Juria managed to whisper out,

"I'm sorry Cosette... I could explain however that would involve you calming down and listening to me."

Juria smiled and looked back to the girl that was scared. She hoped that Cosette would suddeny laugh and pretend like that they were just messing with her.

"heh heh, your right your just messing with me," Cosette laughed.

Raven gave a sign of relief.

Cosette then noticed Juria wasn't paying attention and saw the mark. She trembled running as fast as she can out of the infirmary.

Raven watched Cosette leave then looked at Juria EXTREMELY guilty.

Juria groaned and pulled up her left glove, she then sat on the bed and put her face in her hands.

"Well, that went well!"

Juria said sarcastically, but kind of funny.

Juria then looked at Raven and smiled sadly,

"Well, if you see her in the hallway, make sure you tell her that I’m not all what I seem ok?"

Juria looked down and her eyes seemed to be sad. She had made her "godchild" think that she was a bad person who hurt people for fun.

Juria looked at Raven and asked,

"Do you think that if someone is forced to do something it should define them?"

Raven was really guilty, "I'm sorry Juria! It's all my fault, I'm so stupid for not using my brain. You probably hate me right now," she ignored everything that was going on right now, she just wished she could rewind back time and stop herself for blurting out Juria was a death eater. She wished she could just disappear or left while she had the chance.

Juria smiled,

"Don't worry, either she will be completely terrified of me or she will try to tell Kiara, and Kiara already knows, or she will just avoid me for the rest of her life..."

Juria then thought to herself, "which might be hard because I’m her godmother..."
She laughed about that to herself then told Raven,

"I could never hate you Raven, It's not like you meant to tell."

Juria smiled kindly, which was ironic because they were having a discussion about Juria being evil. Somewhere inside of her though, something cried over the fact that her "godchild" had found out about that too soon. Juria was going to tell her eventually, like when the girl was 21 and her own person.

"So, if you wouldn’t mind... can you talk to Cosette sometime and tell her I’m not a freak who goes around hurting people?"

Juria smiled at Raven so pretty that no one would have ever guessed that she had once done evil things.

"Of course Juria, I'll tell her, and besides she should listen since I always hang out with you," Raven smile, but it wasn't a happy one. Her smile looked saddened or guilty.

Raven got up, "I must go," she said and slowly left the infirmary.

Juria felt bad, that she made Raven feel bad.

"Hey Raven, wait up."

Juria smiled at her when she turned around and said,

"Thank you at least for letting Cosette know... it would have been harder for me to tell her... I might have chickened out, so I guess you helped me, thank you."

Juria hoped that she would get Raven to feel better, Raven had accepted her even after she found out about her dark past.

Raven nodded and left the room, "your welcome Juria," was the last thing she said before leaving for class.

((different timeline))

A owl flew right next to Juria dropping a letter on the table next to her. It was from Raven. It said-

Juria can you come to the Slytherin dorms? I'm really sick and I can't get up out of bed can you come here and help me?

Raven's handwriting was really messy since she was to tired and sick to write. The owl waited on the desk watching Juria read

Juria heard a fluttering of feathers and looked at the owl that waited on the desk. Juria looked at it, confused, before notceing it had a paper with it. Juria took the letter and the owl flew away.

Upon reading the note, Juria got worried quickly, she did not know the password to the slytherin common room, and she knew that a slytheirn would not give it to her. She sighed a little, she knew she had to go see Professor Viper. Not that she didnt like the Professor, it was just that Viper mostly gave her a hard time. Juria smiled, hoping that with a sick Slytherin, Viper wouldnt try to mess with her too much.

The dementors slowly made their way into the infirmary where the young school doctor worked at. There grimy hands twisted the door knob entering the room, with a eerie coldness following before them. They looked around the room expecting people, but they did not see the doctor or any students.

They crept around the infirmary, examining everything they see.

Alex walked into the infirmary, since she had a slight headache that was bothering her. She was expecting the school nurse like any other child would. When she walked inside the infirmary she felt cold and had goosebumps forming on her arms. The hairs on the back of her neck stood straight up, then she saw them, the dementors. Alex wanted to scream, but it felt as if her heart was stuck in her throat. She couldn't move, her eyes were wide. She didn't have the slightest idea where the school nurse was, and she didn't see any professors walking by to help her.

Alex watched the dementors come closer from where she was. Alex finally got the courage to scream. She scream at the top of her lungs hoping for someone to help her. The demontors were still creeping closer and her headach felt worse then it was before, but she was ignoring it at the moment. She couldn't be focusing on her bad headache when there's a dementor creeping closer and closer to her.

Alex took out her wand, even though it wasn't in any use, and tried using random attacks towards it. Nothing worked, none of her spells worked on the cold-hearted creatures. She was thinking hard of what Raven used to flee the dementors away, but she couldn't remember, and besides she wouldn't be able to use such a powerful spell.

She hoped the nurse was coming in soon, or a professor, or even Raven. Alex didn't want her soul taken away from the foul creatures that lived on this planet. Alex was just thinking about her parents at this moment, she didn't understand why they popped in her head, she knew she wasn't going to die.

Her feet wouldn't budge, no matter how much she tries to move, they wouldn't move. She felt frozen like a block of ice. She didn't understand why she wasn't moving, was it from fear? Possibly. She closed her eyes tightly waiting for the coldness to drown her into misery.
