Before the Train (2046)

Rose shook her head at the name Fluffy, besides she thought Caleb was only joking anyway...

"Hmm I think I will name her.... hmmm Chloe" she said as she beamed at her papa and she hugged the little rabbit gently.. she love it already.

Kay put the last of the plates away and let the glasses and silverware dry on there own... putting her hands on Calebs shoulders she kissed is head..

"Why don't we walk outside for a bit? walk off dinner and enjoy the last few bit of Sun?" she asked..

Tav smiled.
"Chole is a lovely name, Ro. I'm sure she'll love it." he set her down, glad his daughter liked her present. Nodding, he agreed with Kay. A walk outside sounded like just what they all needed after a nice meal and presents.

"Sounds lovely, Kay." he murmured, taking Rose's hand and leading the way to the door. It was a bit chilly for the month, but soon they had all donned their jumpers and the path that led out into the large back yard was protected with a warming charm.

Caleb swallowed thickly as he realized this would be the last sunset he'd see with his parents and sister for awhile.

Rose laughed and ran over to her brother, " want to play with Chole with me?" She asked knowing this was her last chance to have with her brother before he left for school.. not for the first time she wished she was old enough to go to hogwarts as well.. It would be so lonely with out her brother always around to play with her, she would miss him.

Caleb smiled "Sure Ro" he said as he followed her to the middle of the yard.

Kaylie watched her children play with the little rabit together, it was the perfect evening and she couldn't ask anything more. Her children laughing and safe.. in the setting sun over the mountains near there home...

She almost didn't notice the tear run down her face, this was the last night her little boy would spend at home in a while... She almost couldn't believe he was going to hogwarts already..

"Oh... I wish tonight could last a little longer" she said softly as she watched the sun slowly dip behind the mountains..
