Point at victim, sharp jab then, after fire started, yank wand upwards.

Sets fire (quickly-spreading) to victim's shoes.

It is a wand-less spell and only requires correct thought pronunciation

Writes caster's last thought on paper (Professor DeLanquar uses this for her notes)

Slowly move wand over passage/writing to translate and it will translate it as you move your wand. Or you can poke odd words.
