Cottage of Darien and Diana Vaight

Diana smiled as she continued to cook.

The first batch done, she took her wand out and with a flick of her wand set the table where Eliza and Fitz were.

"Alright you lot, I need you to sit down." She said sternly but with a smile. "You too Darien."

Darien grinned impishly and sat down next to Eliza.

Eliza hastily scooped the bacon into her mouth, using her fingers.
"Eliza, hold your cutlery..." Darien grinned, placing the utensils in her small hands.
Eliza pouted. "Me no like cutlery."
Darien pouted right back. "Aww...But the elephant wants you to..." He waved his wand and the bacon began galloping around the plate, occasionally waving it's trunk.
Eliza clapped her hands and laughed.

Fitz laughed along with Eliza as he trying to eat the animated bacon.

Diana put the last of the bacon on the table and sat down.

Darien grinned as the bacon galloped around.
"Cutlery Eliza..."

Eliza pouted and picked up the knife and fork, which shrank slightly to fit her hands. Darien removed the charm on the bacon, and Eliza skewered it with a fork...which changed to a chopstick in her hand. Grinning proudly, she scooped the bacon into her mouth.
"Ewiza like chopsticks."

Darien laughed. "Did you do that?" He nodded to the chopsticks.

Eliza looked guilty. "Nope..."

Diana laughed. "I bet that one's in Slytherin, Dar."

Fitz ate another piece of bacon. "Can we have chocolate afterwards?"

"Chocolate!!" Eliza clapped her hands and the chopsticks clicked together.
She wolfed down her bacon and placed her chopsticks neatly at the side of the plate.
"Ewiza get chocolate? Pwease?" Her eyes shone and grew large and round, pleading silently with the adults. "Me eated all my bacon..." She glanced down at her plate, as though for confirmation.

Darien laughed. "Yes, you did eat your bacon...what do you think Diana?"

"Oh alright," Diana gave in looking at the pleading faces of Fitz and Eliza. "But only one alright? Too much chocolate is bad for you...."

"Darien, I think we might spoil them to bits," Diana said so only Darien could hear.

Darien laughed and replied, equally quietly. "I think that's why they sent them here."

Eliza cheered and clapped her hands again. "Fank You!"

"Thanks!" Fitz said grabbing the chocolate that appeared right before him, thanks to Diana's wand flick.

He took a bite of the chocolate and he subsequently yawned. He tried to hide it but Diana noticed.

"Why don't you two sleep for a bit?"

"No!" Fitz said right away. "I'm not sleep -y-awn."

Diana giggled. "Okay, if you two sleep, we'll take you to Diagon Ally later."

Fitz frowned. That was a good offer... but he didn't want to sleep... but he wanted to go to Diagon Ally...

"Fine."

Diana smiled triumphantly.

Eliza nodded as she nibbled her chocolate. She liked Diagon Alley...it was full of magic and shiny objects...and the people all wore funny hats...
"Yes...me sleep too. Then we go see animubs?" ((She means the pet shop animals lol))
Darien grinned. "You know, I think we should have a nap too Diana...I mean, five a.m. is pretty early for anyone."

Diana nodded, "Six a.m. now, but my thoughts exactly."

"Come on you lot, let's get some rest." Diana picked Eliza up.

Eliza yawned and rested against Diana. Within about 35 seconds, she was fast asleep.

Darien reached out a hand to Fitz. "Comon buddy, sleep time. Then Diagon Alley...And who knows, you might be able to buy some things..."

Fitz took Darien's hand and let him drag him up the stairs, following Diana and Eliza.

Diana put Eliza slowly into the bed so as not to wake her up and smiled at how cute she looked.

Darien waved his wand, and pulled back the covers for Fitz to clambour in. "Night Fitz."

"Morning!" Fitz corrected. "Morning Darien, Morning Diana."

He clamboured inside and hugged the warmth of the bed.

Darien laughed. "Indeed. Morning Fitz, morning Eliza..." He retreated and paused. "Would you like us to leave a bit of light?"

Fitz shook his head but then looked at his sister. She'd want the light. He decided to nod instead.

Diana whipped out her wand and tapped the lamp at the table side. It gleamed softly. "Is that alright? Or do you want it brighter?"

"No it's alright." Fitz said yawning, already his eye-lids where getting heavy.

"Alright then," Diana said. She went up to him and kissed him lightly on the cheek and did the same to the sleeping Eliza.

Eliza latched onto Diana's nose, gently, and gurgled in her sleep.

Darien laughed quietly. "Morning Fitz..." he patted the boy on the head gently and then did the same to the sleeping Eliza, before detatching her fingers.

Eliza gurgled again and latched onto Darien's fingers.

Detatching her once more, Darien jumped backwards to avoid being grabbed again.

Devoid of victims to latch onto, Eliza grabbed the ear of a conveniently placed teddy bear and fell into a deeper sleep.

"Morning Fitz," Diana said at the boy, who was already drifting off to slumber.

She headed to her and Darien's room.

Darien followed his wife out of the room, smiling once more at the slumbering children.

"Hm...So what are we going to do now?" He asked, grinning.

At first Diana though he was talking about the children, but she caught the grin. "Well I suppose I'm going to bed... you can join me if you'd like."

She winked at him impishly.

"It would be my pleasure!" Darien laughed and chased her into the bedroom.

Diana laughed and laid herself on their soft fluffy bed.

Darien lay next to his wife, and went in for the kiss...

Diana smiled and wrapped her arms around him as she let him kiss her.
