Game one

"You won't have to..." Darien bit his lip slightly. "If...If you really truely want me to leave, then I will." He felt the his shirt getting soaked by tears.
"But not permenantly...just until they stop trying to suck my soul out. Because I can't live without you either."

Zabby had released her friend. Good. Maybe now something productive would happen. "Professors, what shall we do? We can do something..."

Eglantine seated herself and sighed. She had not really been fond of Nicholas Casillas, but the sudden attack on the Headmistress combined with the death of one of her students was draining on her.
"I honestly do not know, Miss Gallagher." she stated softly.

Darien sighed. "Well what are our options?"

Diana listened while holding on to Darien.

Zabby looked around her. No one was taking charge! That's it!

She looked at the Professors. "Okay. Let's secure the Great Hall. Professor Kiminki, can you seal the doors leading off here?" She turned to her Head of House. "Can you take Diana with you and check on the other students? Make sure they're okay." She turned to the Slytherans. "Do not go anywhere with out some one. Check all the secret passages. Lye and I will check the towers."

Ana raised an eyebrow. "Who made you Merlin?"

Darien glanced down at Diana. "You hear that? Don't go anywhere without somebody. So no running away from me."

"I'm never going to leave you." Diana said. "Wait a minute, what about Nicolas?"

Zabby thought about it. "Well, I'm sorry Ana," she bowed shallowly. "But something has to be done. I don't mean to seem rude..."

She turned to Diana. "Lye and I'll take him as we go up to the Towers. We'll drop him off at the infirmery. Does that work?" she asked gently.

"No, I want to do it." Diana said indefinitely. "I have to do it."

Ana wasn't sure whether the Gryffindor was being serious or sarcastic. She lowered her eyebrow, but rolled her eyes anyway.
"Well I'm never going to leave you either. I'll go with you." Darien whispered to Diana.

Zabby frowned. "I am being serious... I'm sorry. But something needs to be done. I'm sure you agree."

"Well I'd hardly prefer to sit here and wait to be skewered would I?" Ana replied.

Zabby smirked. "I think if I wasn't in Gryffindor and you weren't in Slytheran, I think we'd be friends. Are you going to help me?"

Ana sighed. "As I said before, I'm not going to sit here and wait to be murdered."

Darien held Diana by the shoulders. "We'll go and find Nick now, okay?"

"Okay," Diana said softly. She held on to his hand.

Darien began to walk out of the hall, holding Diana's hand tightly.

Zabby watched them go. They were a cute couple. SHe turned around and clapped her hands. "Okay, let's get on it!" she said, grinning.

"So what am I doing? Or does nobody trust the Slytherin?" Ana asked, examining her nails.

Diana stayed close to Darien. She would not make the same mistake of leaving him too.

"Okay Zabby, where to?" Lycoris asked, finally standing up.

Zabby said, "Ana, can you take someone and go check the secret passages? We need to make sure that they are actually closed. I'll go with you if you want."

Ana glanced around for any fellow Slytherins. "All the passages?"

((Um, Amy and Aiden, the Professors, Zabby, me, and you, I think? Since Diana and Darien left... Did I miss anyone?))

Eglantine rose. "Do be careful." she warned, heading for the door. "I will return shortly." And she hurried out into the hallway after Mr. Vaight and Miss Casillas.
