The Three Broomsticks

"Not missing, kiddnapped. I knew perfectly well where she was, I just couldn't do anything to get her back, Voldemort had her traped in spell created with magic stronger then my own. Which was why she couldn't get back to me, I wonder why he let her go." she said as she knuzled the bird of fire.

"Because he wanted to assure you that he would not attack." Eglantine stated, suddenly and almost without thought. She blinked several times and then leaned back in her chair. "I can see his thoughts." she breathed.

Kiara's eyes widened slightly.

She strengthed the silencing spell around their table it wouldn't do for someone to over hear them.

"His thoughts? this bond of yours is stronger then we thought, does he really intend not to attack? or is it his attempt to trick me?" Kiara asked.

"He wishes to lull us to sleep. Trick us into letting down our guards." Her eyes were slightly misty but not in the same way as an unforgivable. "Viper told him about our bond, but he cannot see my thoughts. I have a stronger bond since I created excessum."

Kiara humphed,

"Voldemort is hardly one for lulling someone to sleep, But if he wants to play that way by all means he can be my guest. We can use the time to enhance the wards around Hogwarts, as he tries to sing us a lullaby.

Looking at Eglantine glazed expression she asked "Are you alright?"

Eglantine's eyes cleared and she smiled softly. "Yes, I feel better than before." In actuality she felt perfect. There was no pain at all in her legs, side or head. She felt very much refreshed as well. The only possible explanation was that due to her stronger bond, she could extract energy from Voldemort and give him her pain. The thought was rather pleasing and she informed Kiara this in a hushed whisper.

"Good let him suffer for a change.. Let's just hope his side of the bond doesn't get stronger. It could be desasterous. Best not tell Viper just in case"
Said Kiara in a equally hushed voice.

"I will not tell her." she sighed. "I must say though, I am greatly enjoying this peace. Would you like to do something?"

Kiara smiled

She had to admit she hadn't seen Eglantine look so happy, before.

It seems it does wonders to go with out pain that one carried around reguarly.

"Sure whatever you want to do" said Kiara as she took out enough money to pay for there drinks.

Eglantine laughed softly, rising slowly from her chair. Although without pain, she by habit used the cane and she still had her limp.
"Anything that you would be interested in doing?"

Kiara shrugged,

"Main things I like to do when I am free are flying, dueling and studying Magical Creatures." she said as she smiled at Saturn

" Nothing really comes to mind at the moment. You sure there is nothing you really want to do, I would be more then happy go with you".

"You could show me around Hogsmeade. If I am to chaperone the children, it would probably be best if I knew where I was going."

Kiara laughed,

"Forever the reasponsable professor aren't you? Alright I I will take you on a gande tour. "

From behind the shadows, Viper emerged with an alarmed look on her face. The Headmistress and Professor had not seen her enter, for both were to distracted by the bird, and for that she was grateful, for she had heard every word they had said. Mentally she thanked her grandfather for hammering into her head the importance of having the ability to read lips.

Covering her face with the cloak once more, she hastily exited the pub to return to her previous location in an effort to warn her lord of these new developments.

"Where ever you wish to go."

"Hmm honeydukes has the best wizard sweets this side of england"

"Sweet shop? Well, I am sure that many students will want to go there." Eglantine commented.

Ana stopped in her tracks as the two professors left the pub.
Glancing in through the door, she saw that it was crowded and full of smoke from pipes or hot drinks.
Cringing inwardly at the prospect of crowds, she slipped back outside and searched for somewhere a little less...hectic.

April clutched her cloak tighly around her as she entered the 3 Broomsticks. She shuddered. Man, it´s cold! She went up to the register and ordered a Butterbeer. "Thanks." She smiled at Madam Rosmerta(I think...), took it and paid. She sat down at a table near the back and took out her notes. So far she had...Nothing. Man, she would never get this sweets thing done. She sighed and opened her Butterbeer. Nice. She closed her eyes and daydreamed of a place far away.

"There," Diana said. "Isn't this so much better than the Hogs Head?"

"Whatever," Helena replied.

Ana was suicidally bored. Okay, a slight over-exaggeration, but she was still pretty bored.
Noticing a pub, the Three Broomsticks, she decided to enter and kill some time. Some fellow Slytherins might be in there, and if not... She could always have a quick war of words with that bossy Prefect... ((No offense Ducklustre lol))

April´s head snapped up. She had dozed off, but was now fully alert. She felt a shadow over her. She looked up and gasped.

((None taken, Diana and Lacklustre are two different indiviuals. ))

"Oh no, look who it is," Helena said looking at someone over Diana's shoulder. "It's your favorite Slytherin."

Diana turned her head around and indeed it was.
