| *laughs* Same. I guess I'll offer for three. I'm just not sure exactly where this story is going. The main, and only, event should be the intruder? Correct? | |

| No... we should have most of it involved. The fights between Eglantine and Viper... the great duel between Slytherin Miss Vaight and Gryffindors Helena and Diana... that all comes before Volde...
Should I include the classes in the story?

| Okay...here we have chapter two. Yes it is long...yes it is only a pasting together of posts and yes I tried to put as many people in it as possible. But with the time differences and all, it was rather difficult. Do not worry, sooner or later if you haven't been in it yet, you will be.
Again feel free to change anything you want and I am still working on errors... Point them out, please!
Merci
Kiara went out on to the Quidditch Pitch. As it was very early in the morning and she doubted anyone was up yet.
"It is a good a time to fly as any" Kiara said to herself as she mounted her old Firebolt that she had since she was 12 and took off into the air, doing a few loops and dives, just enough so the adrenaline going through her body, gave her a rush.
She didn't know if it was appropriate for the Headmistress of the school to be flying around the pitch like she was a student again or not.
"But at the moment I don't really care" she sighed as the cool morning air whipped around her face.
Flying helped clear her mind and become refreshed for the rest of the day.
Diana Casillas headed off to the Quidditch pitch with her brand new broomstick at hand. Her grandparents, the sweethearts that they were, sent her one for her coming-of-aged birthday. It was a Golden Arrow – available only in Spain. The new broomstick line created by the makers of the legendary Silver Arrows, who had moved to Spain for retirement. However, to celebrate their fifty years in the broom-making business, they opt to make one final contribution. It was all the rage in Spain. Indeed, the National Spanish Quidditch Team immediately pre-ordered them once they heard about it. And now Diana was holding one, she owned one, and she was going to ride one.
She was about to mount her broomstick when she was shocked to notice, she wasn’t the only one in the pitch, someone was already there. Her shock only grew whence she realize who that someone was, none other than the Headmistress of the School.
Kiara who was still enjoying the cool air rushing past her suddenly got the feeling she was being watched.
Looking down at the ground she saw a student looking up at her in shock.
Laughing at her shocked face she dived down towards the ground and jumped off.
"Why the shocked face Miss Casillas? Headmaster's and Mistress's know how to fly too"
Diana recovered from her shock once the Headmistress jumped down.
"Forgive my shock, Professor, but it's not everyday one sees a Professor fly around like you did. Did you play Quidditch before?" Diana said.
"Nope, just because I am able to fly does not mean I am all that good at catching, which is basicly what quidditch is, a part from being a good flyer." Kiara said shaking her head
Diana was slightly offended to hear that Quidditch was reduced to just catching. "Well... there is more to it then catching... I mean, Beaters, they don't catch, they hit and refereeing is an important role as well."
"But you are right Professor, catching is a pretty important skill when it come to Quidditch." Diana said thoughtfully. "Say, ma'am, when does Quidditch Season start?
Kiara smiled, "We are working on a schedual for quidditch as we speak, The sign up sheet for tryouts should be up with in the week. Should I expect your name to be first on the list?"
"Of course, Professor," Diana said confidently. "Oh Ma'am, I was hoping I could catch you. I was wondering if I could start a Dueling Club here. My mom was telling me about her old Hogwarts days and she mentioned that there was once a Dueling Club. Granted, it wasn't the best, something to do with the person who head it, but I still like the idea, and I'm sure we can do much better things with it!"
Kiara laughed once again, "Well Miss.Casillas you have read my mind, I was actually just thinking about starting a dualing club. I was going to put up the sign up list tomorrow morning"
"That would be great!" Diana said. "Uhh... Professor, you wouldn't mind if I took a ride with my broomstick now do you? I just got it and I am very eager to try it out."
Kiara raised her hands.
"Don't let me stand your way, I have to head back to the castle anyway so the pitch it yours. I'd be eager if had that broom too, it is a beauty."
Diana nodded with pride. It really was amazing - and she couldn't wait to ride it.
She mounted it and within seconds, she was several metres off the ground. The broom was incredible. It seemed to predict, instead of be steered, the direction that Diana wanted to go. Diana knew she could go as fast as she wanted with this broom.
Suddenly an idea occured to her. "Let's see," Diana though, "What you really can do."
She let a few more metres come between her and the ground. Satisfied that she was high enough, she made a speeding dive to the ground. She could see the ground getting closer and closer, soon, she would have made contact but at the last minute, she pulled the broom up. A Wronski Feint. The best that she'd ever done.
Chills went through her spine. She couldn't wait for the next Quidditch Match.

| So sorry, but it will not let me post the whole thing at once... it is too big... so you'll get it in parts...
Meanwhile, Kiara headed back for her office. Nodding cheerfully to a Slytherin on her way outside, she entered her office and sat down behind her large desk. She had decided not to change the way the room was originaly layout by the late Albus Dumbledore. She was appearently the youngest Headmaster Hogwarts had had for atleast 400 years, and it was the portrait of Severus Snape that made the comment she would probably turn it into a girly parlor room.
She glanced up at the former Slytherin Headmaster who, as usual, was glaring daggers at her.
Kiara rolled her eyes " Sev, don't you have anything better to do? Like sleeping or something? That is what all the other portraits do in here"
Snape's Portrait snarled at her, "I will when you stop calling me Sev"
Kiara smirked and replied "Well we seem to have a problem don't we, cause I won't stop calling you sev until you stop glaring at me."
Professor DeLanquar stood in front of the stone gargoyle that guarded the Headmistress's office. Feeling slightly daft for not knowing what to do to enter the office, she merely stood there. Her cane tapped softly against the cold stone beneath it and her green eyes scanned the door.
Being a very patient woman, Eglantine could have stood there for all eternity. But she had more important things to do than hope the Headmistress opened the door. Sighing with defeat, she turned and began to make her way down the hallway.
Kiara turned towards the door to her office, getting the feeling that Eglantine was near.
"Ah of course, it's that spell Dumbledore used so he knew when someone was standing outside the office"
After a minute she felt the feeling go away.
"Oh stupid me...Of course she doesn't know the password."
Quickly getting up she ran outside, making the stupid Gargoyle move out of the way.
"Hey, Eglantine... you could have just told the stupid gargoyle to move out of the way you know. It will usually let Professor's in without a password unless I say otherwise" she called out as she glared at the gargoyle.
Eglantine turned slowly when she heard the Headmistress call for her and made her way back to the door.
"I did not know that. But I remember it in the future." she said simply, her pale cheeks tinted pink with embarrassment. She did not add that she had no idea that the gargoyle could move. "Headmistress, I wanted to speak to you about something."
Kiara smiled. "Yes, yes of course, come on in. It would be nice to talk to someone beside Sev for a change... You'll see what it mean, and you can call me Kiara if you want" said Kiara as she lead the back in the office.
Eglantine followed the Headmistress into the office. "Thank you, Headmistress." She was impressed by the grandeur of the office and noted that it looked the same as it had when she had visited once, many years ago. The portraits lining the walls almost escaped her attention until she noticed Albus Dumbledore and Severus Snape. Curtseying slightly, she bade them a good day, before returning her attention to the Headmistress.
Kiara sighed. She could handle students calling her Headmistress, but her staff? it just felt weird. Especially when the person calling her that was 20 years her senior.
"Oh well.. we'll work on that later" Kiara thought to herself.
"Have a seat, Professor DeLanquar" said Kiara as she waved her wand, making a comfortable chair appear in front her desk.
"What can I do you for?" she asked.
Eglantine seated herself in the chair and offered a small smile to the Headmistress.
"I wanted to ask you about Hogwarts' Muggle Studies. You will be continuing them from prior years?" Her eyebrows raised as she asked the question and her cane was set against the chair.
Kiara nodded. "Of course, the class hasn't been dropped if that is what you're asking. But we are short on staff, no one to teach it, I have no time, with getting the school up and running again, teaching Defense and Charms. I must say I was relieved when you and Professor Viper applied for the Transfiguration and Potions positons. I didn't know how I was going to get around to everything."
Kiara stopped and raised an eyebrow as she looked at Eglantine "Why do you ask?"
Eglantine listened intently to the Headmistress, her hands folded neatly on her lap.
"I have a small amount of experience with muggles." she answered politely. "And I thought it would be important to ensure that the students knew something about them. Curiosity, if you will."
Kiara nodded. "I understand, hmm maybe I will take the position, after everything is smoothed out around here, if I can't find anyone else to take the position that is. I certainly know a fair share about muggles, my Mother made sure of that. Did you know I have my Muggle high school diploma? My mother made me go to summer school during my summer holiday from Hogwarts. I guess she didn't want me to forget where I came from... Anyway don't worry, all the Hogwarts classes will start sometime. It all depends when the Professors can be found. Was there anything else you wanted to talk about?" Kiara asked.
Eglantine's eyes widened as she would have never guessed that the Headmistress was muggle-born. "Oh, no!" she responded hastily. " I have already wasted far too much of your time, Headmistress. Forgive me for giving you more to worry about. I was careless." She rose from the chair, feeling awkward and more than a little ashamed with herself. The woman had many important responsibilities and here she was adding to them with her ridiculous thoughts.
"I bid you a good day and a pleasant afternoon." She finished, retrieving her cane and all but running for the door.
Kiara had stared in shock as the normally calm Transfiguration Professor all but ran out of her office.
"I... what was that all about? Did I say something wrong?" she asked herself.
"You probably offended her" came the surly response of Severus Snape.
"No one asked you Sev, I should go and talk to her though, What did she mean wasting my time? I Would hardly classify the want to educate students a wast of time" she said as she quickly got up and ran out of her office hoping to find where Eglantine went.
Eglantine hurried into her office, out of breath and panting from her exertion. Her body was now racked with pain from her run and she felt exceedingly silly. Seating herself behind her desk, she took a deep breath and pulled out a stack of papers to look over.
Kiara ran through Hogwarts, although she knew she shouldn't, she could already feel her lungs start to tighten, but she had to find her.
"Where could she be? think Kiara think" she thought to her self.
"Of course her office! why didn't think of it before?"
By the time she reached Eglantine's office she was terribly out of breath and her chest felt like it was burning.
"Egl..an..tine... what is... what's wrong?" she gasped as she leaned against the open door trying desperately to regain her breath with little success.
Eglantine looked up from the papers as the Headmistress entered her office looking as if she was about to pass out. Alarmed, she hurried, as fast as her legs would allow her, to the woman's side and helped her to one of the chairs.
"You look dreadful." She stated, worriedly. Transfiguring the chair into a soft settee she helped the Headmistress to recline and then cast a quick diagnostic spell. Something seemed to be wrong with her lungs, but Eglantine was not a doctor and therefore she only conjured a soft wet cloth and set it against the Headmistress's forehead.
Ignoring the sharp pain that was now shooting up both legs, she remembered the woman's gasped question. She'd done it again, been troublesome when she had been trying to help.
"Nothing is wrong, save that you seem to want to kill yourself." She quipped.
Kiara still horribly out of breath dug through her robe pocket and pulled out a cloth and potion vial. She dabbed the potion on to the cloth and placed it over mouth and nose. After a minute the burning in her lungs faded and she started breathing normally again.
Removing the cloth form around her mouth she looked up at the older women.
"I am sorry about that, it is my own fault, I shouldn't have run all the way here, but old habbits die hard I guess. Running into things without really thinking is a bad habbit of mine now" she said still feeling a little winded but much better then before.
Placing the potion vial and her cloth back in her rode she got up bringing herself to full hight, and looked directly down into Eglantine's eyes.
"But something is wrong, Someone doesn't react the way you did in my office just a few minutes ago when "Nothing" is wrong. Now what is it?"

| Relieved that the Headmistress seemed to be feeling a bit better, Eglantine sighed. "I was simply...troubled about bothering you. As you said, old habits die hard." Almost as if to remind her of its presence her left leg finally went numb, but she ignored it.
Kiara shook her head not fully buying it.
"You were fine up until I told you that I would teach the class. Which is what I thought you wanted anyway, for someone to teach it? you weren't being a bother, it is my job to make sure the students here get a good education. Same as it is yours. You felt you needed to bring something to my attention. You did and now it is on it's way to being solved that much quicker...." She paused her speach when she noticed Eglantine looking very uncomfortable.
"And for Merlins sake sit down before your legs give out" she said as she pointed to the chair she had been sitting in.
Eglantine sat in the other chair the instant she was told to and winced slightly.
"I suppose I thought I was adding to your burden as Headmistress. You already teach several classes and the last thing I wanted was to add to your responsibilities." She smiled lightly. "I am glad you have not taken offense." Remembering her tea set atop the bookcase, Eglantine stood. "May I get you some tea?" She was anxious to change the subject.
Years of working as an Auror she leared how to detect if people were nervous or lying. Kiara could tell Eglantine wasn't lying, but she wasn't telling the whole story either.
The Auror in her wanted to keep prying, she almost did to, she opened her mouth but she changed her mind a the last second. Whatever Eglantine didn't want to reveal to her, was her own business.
At the offer of tea Kiara smiled and nodded "Alright, but let me help, Least I could do for making you worry over an old Auror injury of mine" she said.
Turning back to look at the Headmistress, Eglantine gasped.
"You were an Auror? How interesting. Did you fight in the war?" she pulled the tea set down and set to filling the cups with water.
Kiara smiled an shook her head "No, Harry Potter defeated old Voldie at the end of my first year at Hogwarts. I was evacuated along with the other first years when the attack started " Said Kiara as she took two tea bags and placed one in each of their cups.
"How interesting!" Eglantine remarked, delighted to hear that the woman hadn't been in the war. War was an awful thing for anyone to experience. With a flick of her wand the water began to steam and she handed the first cup to the Headmistress.
"You went to Hogwarts as a child then? I am sure that was a memorable experience."
Kiara nodded as she took the tea cup.
"Yes it was, I was a typical Gryffindor, from 2nd year through 7th.... always running in to trouble. My first year however was rather difficult, I may not have been old enough to fight in the war, but I saw first hand what the war was doing to the wizarding world. I was very nearly kicked out of Hogwarts among other things because my Muggle born status was found out by one of those death eater Professors. I don't know what would have happened if Severus Snape hadn't intervened when he did."
Kiara smiled as if remembering "After he sent the death eater away I thanked him, but he just glared at me and walked away. I have yet to this day figured out why he helped me.... Anyway what about you, I gather you didn't go to hogwarts?"
"No I did not go to Hogwarts." Eglantine stirred her tea as she debated, mentally, whether or not to admit she had been basically "muggle" home-schooled. Finally she decided to risk it. "My parents travelled a great deal and I was home schooled." Thinking back to what the Headmistress had said about Severus Snape, she added.
"I am certain he cared about you as his student. He was not a bad man after all."
Kiara looked up "Wow you must have learned so much traveling around all the time like that. Furthest I have ever been is France, During my Auror training I was sent there you learn the basic's of french. What places did you go to?
Kiara let the matter of Severus Snape drop, it was silly of her to bring him up in the first place. He had been one of the few who knew her real full name when she got hogwarts. He and MacGonagoll were the only ones that knew, it was because of them she was even accepted into hogwarts at all.
DeLanquar raised the cup to her lips, only to find the liquid to hot to drink yet. "They travelled everywhere. We lived on every continent and in many countries." she paused to blow on her tea. "How did you come to be our Headmistress?"
Kiara smiled and blew on her tea.
"It is a complicated story really, but after the incident that damaged my lungs i was no longer able to work as an Auror anymore. As you know a Auror's job is very physically demanding. With the amount of damage done to my lungs it was impossible for me to continue as Auror on the field. The ministry of course offered my a desk job, but I found it boring I guess. I became to restless sitting around signing papers all day."
She took a small sip of her tea and continued.
"Then for some reason the School Bored of Governors contacted me and asked if I was interested in the job. Needless to say I was shocked, I have no Idea why I was asked, but I took the job happily. There is of course still a lot of desk work, but I can live with it. Hogwarts is much more then the desk job the ministry offered me. So yeah that is pretty much how I became Headmistress. I still seems weird though, being call Headmistress makes me feel old." she said as she laughed at the last line.
Eglantine listened with great interest. She knew very little about Aurors except they were a bit like muggle police officers. She had already gathered that the Headmistress had greatly enjoyed being an Auror and it pained her to hear that an injury had forced her to take another job.
"You are not old, Miss Kiara." she said taking the last line as a subtle hint.
She sipped the tea, ignoring the pain that seared through her as the hot liquid burnt her tongue and mouth. Ironically, the pain reminded her that the Professor Viper's class schedule was still sitting on her desk. Immediately rising, she bit her lip.
"If you will excuse me, Headmistress. I have something I need to give to our Potions Mistress. Perhaps we could continue our conversation later today?"
Kiara nodded. "Sure duty called huh?" she said as she got up.
"Thank you for the tea, and sorry about earlier."

| And here is the final part... sorry about for the many posts...
Professor DeLanquar had hurriedly picked the class schedule up and gripped her cane. Instead of running down the hallways though she walked slower, intent of arriving without looking like she had competed in the muggle Olympics. Raising a pale hand above her head, she knocked softly on the Professor Viper's office door and waited to be asked in.
Viper stiffened when she heard a knock at the door, glaring as she thought of her evening interrupted. Briefly, she considered not answering and pretending to not be in. She quickly realized how foolish the idea was, for the light from the fireplace and beacons were clearly visible outside.
Sighing, she rose from her comfortable position to answer the door, praying that it wasn't a student.
Her first impression of Professor Viper was that the woman was annoyed and her second impression was sadly that she had caused her to be annoyed.
Eglantine meekly offered the potions professor the class schedule from the doorway and made no effort to enter the room. Viper raised an eyebrow in suprise as the older woman meekly handed her the class schedule. She wondered why she was looking at her so oddly before realizing that the transfiguration mistress could probably sense her annoyance. Viper immediately straightened out, adding a small smile to grace her face. Amaranth Viper may be a cold hearted woman, but it is always within reason.
"Good evening Professor. Please, do come in." she said, stepping aside to allow the older woman through.
"Thank you." Eglantine said, entering the office. The theme of the office appeared to be black and it startled her slightly, until she took into account the age of the woman. "I trust you are enjoying your day?" she ventured.
Viper smirked as she noticed the older woman's startled reaction to her newly renovated office. Clearly both women had very different tastes in styles.
"As much as can be, I suppose. What about you, Professor DeLanquar?"
"I am fine, thank you." her cane began to tap against the floor. It was a habit she had picked up when her cane had first come into her possession. It signified she was acutely uncomfortable. "Are you looking forward to beginning your classes?"
Viper raised an eyebrow at the older woman's cane tapping, which she found to be quite annoying. However she felt a twinge of pity when she realized that the Professor was probably quite nervous. The corners of Viper's mouth twitched. She wasn't suprised, she was a very intimidating woman.
She leaned back unto the black sofa with her legs curled up underneath her, picking up her goblet and taking a sip. "No, not particularly. To be honest, I'm praying to Merlin that I'll have enough patience to deal with them all."
Shocked by the woman's frankness, Eglantine spoke immeadiatly without thinking. "Deal with who?"
"Why the students of course!" She replied, rolling her eyes. "The older ones I'm sure I'll have no problem, aside from the occassional teenage boy looking down my top, but I'll probably have a few problems from the younger ones. The first years in particular."
Eglantine nearly dropped her cane. She had known this woman for all of five minutes and she was already beginning to dislike her. "I see. Well, perhaps if you dressed decently you would not have to worry about the students!" It was a cruel thing to say, but when shocked, flustered or nervous, Professor DeLanquar often said the first thing on her mind.
The small charity smile Viper had provided for the older Professor immediately faded, instead to be replaced with a smirk as she laughed softly. "Oh my dear Professor, perhaps you are too old to recall the small delights the young tend to indulge in. I'm sure that had you been but a decade or two younger, you would put more thought unto your clothing."
She let her eyes wander over Eglantine's wardrobe, the disdain over the other Professor's choice of wardrobe barely concealed.
Her cheeks paled greatly, and her hands, which often betrayed her, began to tremble slightly. But her voice was surprisingly calm. "Perhaps. But than again, I am not too old to not remember the pains that come with indulgences. We are here to teach, not to become as the students." She took a deep breath, anxious to calm her trembling hands. "I apologize for my rudeness. Your attire is your own and I should not have said anything about it."
Viper's eyes narrowed as her arms folded across her chest. "Well you should be. It was completely uncalled for."
Nervousness morphed into annoyance as her fellow professor refused to accept her apology. But she refused to become more angry. "It was and with your permission, I will ask for forgiveness." Professor Viper was already reminding her, strangely enough of another certain potions master.
Viper stared at the moment before sighing. "Very well. I suppose I can let this first offense go." She said as she took a sip of her goblet.
DeLanquar's voice was slightly demeaning. "How kind of you." She finally stopped tapping the cane, and moved her right hand into her robe's pocket to hide its trembling. The left hand remained on her cane to keep her steady. "Where you once a student of Hogwarts?"
Viper nodded, sipping at her goblet more. "Yes, I graduated 4 years ago."
She nodded, not finding the information odd or unexpected. "You must have a great amount of patience and control to teach potions." It was a test, as it was obvious that Professor Viper's patience did not fully extend to her students.
Viper raised an eyebrow at the compliment. Clearly the other Professor was testing her. Well two could play at that game.
"Any idiot can teach potions, or any subject for that matter. It's merely a question of whether or not they know themselves exactly what they are teaching." She sipped at her goblet once more, this drink longer than the others. "I'm not like you my dear Professor. This," she gestured to their surroundings "Was not my dream. This is most certainly not what I live for."
"How true." Eglantine replied. "Teaching is only the passing on of knowledge or wisdom." She paused, suddenly remembering who had first told her that. Swallowing, she sighed. "I think you and I might have more in common than you think. This was not my dream either."
Viper bit back a laugh. "What was your dream, then? Scullering around a kitchen, keeping up with babies and tots?
Instead of answering Professor Viper, Eglantine turned to look out the window. After a brief moment to allow self-control to reassert itself, she stated. "Unfortunately my husband and I were never able to have children. And as for my dream...I had it until death took it from me."
Viper nodded sympathetically. "Oh dear, I suppose that's what comes from marrying so late in life. Did he die from the dragonpox epidemic?" Viper had spent a her trainee years developing various medicinal potions for the fatal disease.
"No, he died in an accident." In the back of her mind, Eglantine heard the screech of metal against metal and the terrible sound of squealing tires. Even 8 years had not been enough time to erase those memories.
"Potions accident?" Viper asked, more interested than she cared to show.
"A vehicle accident." Eglantine admitted, hoping Professor Viper would not have anything against muggles.
Viper choked on her red wine. "A muggle hit him?"
"It was an accident. The driver was asleep at the wheel." Thankfully, she thought, Professor Viper did not seem to be making the connection.
"What a shame. And to think that had he merely apparated to his destination he would be here today."
The cane began to tap against the stone. Looking out the window still, Eglantine replied. "He couldn't apparate."
Viper looked at Eglantine in suprise, her suspician rising, especially since her colleague refused to meet her gaze. "Wh-Did he fail his apparition test?"
"He never took it." Still she refused to admit the full truth. It would be better to see the reaction slowly than quickly. Already Eglantine knew that most witches and wizards looked down at muggles and the Viper family had been rather pro Voldemort...
"Well that's silly of him!" She took a glance at the the other woman, it didn't take a legilimins to know she was hiding something, so Viper decided to have a little fun with her. "Well why didn't he floo or better yet fly? There are many other options to traveling."
Feeling rather baited, Eglantine continued the "game". "He couldn't fly. We did not have a fireplace. He always travelled by muggle transportation."
Viper rolled her eyes. "How did you not have a fireplace? Every wizarding family has a fireplace in their home!"
"He wasn't a wizard." Eglantine said softly.
Viper dropped her goblet in suprise, the sound of broken glass echoing throug the office. She assumed that the Professor's late husband was a squib, not a muggle! She tried to say something but no avail. She simply had no words.
Pulling her wand out of her robe pocket, Eglantine muttered "Reparo" and watched as the goblet repaired itself. She winced slightly as she bent to pick up the goblet and held it out for the professor to take. "A kinder, better man never lived." She said softly.
"I highly doubt that. Wizards do tend to live longer than muggles." under her breath she muttered. "It's no wonder you weren't able to have children."
"Longevity does not always improve the mind or the heart." The muttered statement though hurt her far worse than the first; but she choose not to say anything else.
Kiara made her way back to her office, much slower this time.
Shooting a glare at the Gargoyal was all it to took for the stupid thing to move out of the way.
Once back inside she streched and looked at some of the papers on her desk. One of them was a resume of sorts from Professor Viper.
Her eyes grew wider and wider as she read it.
"Wow this girl is good"
Hearing a humph from a certain portriat she smirked.
"This one could even give you a run for your money in potion making Sev"
Kiara spent hour or so on doing the final paper work for her two newly hired professors, then she had to owl them to the ministry to make it offical. One of the last bits of paper work was the bank information for Gringotts, so her new employee's could be payed.
"And it needs the vault and accont numbers from each of them.... great. Guess I will have to go and find them, hopefully there are still in Professor Vipers office" she said getting up and taking the two paper with her...
Walking up to the potion mistress's office she suddenly felt a little silly, She could have easily talked to them over the floo from her office.
Shaking her head at her own silliness she rasied her hand knocked on the door.
Due to the fact that she was closest to the door, Professor DeLanquar turned to open it; glad to have the conversation interrupted. "Good evening, Headmistress."
Kiara smiled when Professor DeLanquar answered the door.
"Sorry to interrupt, but I have paper work you and Professor Viper need to fill out for Gringotts" she said as she held up the two peices of parchment.
"May I fill mine out later on?" Eglantine asked, anxious to leave the room.
Kiara blinked, suddenly she could feel the tension in the air, it was so thick she could cut it with a butter knife.
"Umm alright, but I need it by tomorrow morning, the ministry is expecting your papers". she said as she held up Eglantine's paper.
"Err.. Is everything alright?" she asked.
"No, everything is not alright. But I will fill out the paper and you will have it after dinner tonight. Good day." And without looking back at the Potions Mistress, she left the office. It was not an exit that could have been called graceful or even quiet as the cane interfered with both.
Kiara moved out of the Transiguation Professors way as she abruptly left the potion mistress's office.
"What on earth, now what" she asked more to her self then anything.
She looked over at Professor Viper.
"What happened?" she asked.

| *Note:
Just wanted to point out, the duel between Diana and Ana was kinda higher for their level.
I think it would be better if the actual story was edited a bit so that Diana and Ana are older else it wouldn't be canon-y...
Not like 7th year older just like... older.

| Hey I was just thinking and maybe it would be a better twist in the story if the readers don't know Kiara's last name is Riddle and they find out when she tells the group in the hospital wing? comes as more of a shock that way.
What do you guys think? | |

| Agreed. Also ... I'm not sure how soon I'll be able to work on Chapt. Three. I'm sick and parents have put a ban on the computer until I get better (I'm sneaking up now, the guy working on our house doesn't know that). | |
