Garden of Love

Darien laughed. "A hairy, abnormally small wolf with wings and antennae...interesting."

Diana giggled. "No I suppose not."

The butterfly took flight and flew into the night.

"I think you just got dumped." Diana laughed.

Darien pretended to wipe a tear from him eye. "I feel so rejected."

"I'll take you back." Diana said hugging him.

"Yay!" Darien replied hugging her tightly.

"O, Darien," Diana said. "I love you."

"I love you more." Darien smiled, kissing her.

Diana smiled and wrap her arms around his neck.

Daien smiled into the kiss. But he couldn't help wondering how Nick would react when he found out about the resurection of Armando...

Diana pulled away. "Want to go get something to eat?"

Raoul loitered awkwardly near the few rows of chairs set up ready for his sister's wedding.

Swallowing, he fiddled briefly with his tie, glancing around. Typical, the one time he resolved to be early, the place was deserted.

Raoul resisted the impulse to mess up his dark hair, carefully combed for the occasion, a stark contrast to the disordered fuzz that was normal for him. He was never fully at ease in social situations...and it was really strange, Calista getting married. Especially as neither of their parents were going to be here.

Sighing, he noticed a flicker of movement and stopped tapping his foot with agitation.

Armando walked nervously into the garden he sighed as he saw the wedding decorations. It wasn't extravagant - and he didn't want it to be. He didn't care about that, all he cared about was being with Calista for the rest of his life.

"Are you okay Tio?" Diana said appearing behind him wearing a periwinkle blue dress.

"I'm great. Wonderful even." Armando said genuinely smiling.

"Alright," Diana laughed. "I don't think I've ever seen you this happy before."

"Yeah well... amor is a funny little thing." Armando said.

"I'll see you later Tio." She kissed him on the cheek and sat on one of the seats. Armando on the other hand, headed to the alter.

Raoul noticed Diana sit down and headed over to the chairs, also sitting down.

He gave Armando a brief smile, glancing over this shoulder to see who else was arriving.

Darien sauntered in and made a beeline for Diana. "Am I late?" He asked, glancing around.

Ana sat next to him. "Barely anyone is here yet."

"That's because I think we're the only ones invited." Diana said thoughtfully.

"I wonder where Nick is."

Somewhere nearby....

"How are you feeling dear?" Elicia said to Calista.

Kiara stepped in, and smiled when only afew people were there.

In her cloak pocket was court papers for clearing of Calista's name, but she would reveal those after the wedding ceremony.

She went up to the head of the alter, "Ready Armando? The big day" she said quietly with a smile.

Darien shrugged. "He'd better hurry or he'll miss it."

Calista shifted her hands on her flowers. "A little nervous...Though I shouldn't be...Should I?"

"I'm feeling nervous but terribly excited." Armando glanced at the middle of the aisle. "Thank you for doing this again Kiara, you have no idea how much this means to me."

Elicia smiled and nodded. "Perfectly normal. You look gorgeous, my brother isn't going to be able to keep his eyes off of you."

Kiara laughed "It is an honor Amrando, I do hope I do it right, I never joined a couple in holy matromony before. I am more happy to do it" she said with a nod.

"Thanks, you look amazing as well." Calista smiled gratefully, although the nervousness was still there.

What if she slipped or tripped? What if she said the wrong thing?

"...I can't help feeling somehow I'm going to mess it up."

Armando smiled. "I'm glad. Everything is just perfect."

Elicia smiled, "It's going to be fine."

"Listen," Elicia said looking at Calista seriously. "I just gotta know, I know how my brother feels about you, I've never seen him so happy before. He's my brother, my twin, I can tell how deeply he truly cares for you. But... honestly how do you feel about him?"

"I love him." Calista said simply, meeting Elicia's gaze with equal seriousness.

"I feel like I could never bear to lose him...not again. I want him to be happy, and I want to be with him forever."

Raoul glanced around, wondering when the service was going to start.
