Duel Practise

Where people come to practice the great art of Dueling.

Darien wandered into the Room of Requirement, wand at the ready.
Practise time.
He turned around and waited for the twins and Diana to arrive.

"Hey," Diana said walking into the room. "You know, we've never thought of using this room before. I bet Professor Viper won't distrub us here."

Darien laughed.
"Ah, and I was just beginning to enjoy ruining her day..."

"Well actually," Diana said smiling. "I think Professor Viper, gets some kick out of catching us together."

The twins rolled their eyes as they entered the room.

"Just don't ruin ours.."

" and you will be fine" they said.

Diana shivered slightly.

"So how exactly does couple dueling work?" Diana asked.

"There's two on each side."

Amy walked out on to the platform, Aiden was by her side.

"And you duel as a team, one of you on defense..."

"the other on offience.."

"You switch postions when ever you feel it will confuse the opposing team"

Amy looked over at them, "Want to have a go?"

Diana glanced at Darien then back at the twins, "Let's go."

Darien readied his wand.
"Okay, which do you want to be first, Diana?"

Diana looked at him unsure. "What do you mean?"

"Offense or defence?"
Darien grinned.

Diana smirked. "Offense."

Darien stepped forwards slightly and remembered his telepathy.
No mind reading Aiden... I know where you live... He joked, before shutting down his telepathy.
He began to run through defensive spells in his mind, and waited for the twins.
"You two ready?"

"Does he know where we live?" Aiden thought to Amy as both of the whipped out their wands and entered a defensive and offience postion recpectively.

"Are you?" they asked as one, just to freak out Diana.
Before Aiden started.

"Stupify!"

Darien cast an enlarged protego over himself and Diana, getting ready to strengthen the shield.
He waited for Diana to fight back.

As the spell bounced of off Darien's shield, she said one of her own. "Avis!"

Amy was ready, "Immobulus"

Not a second later Aiden cast

"Incarcerous"

Darien strengthened the shields, trying to find any weak points that needed reinforcing.

((I suppose some of the spells need not to be missed))

Ropes suddenly surrounded Diana and she did all she could not to fall onto the ground.

((Of course but be carefull she has to get out after afew turns or the twins win, its team dueling if the team can't fight they lose))

Amy have nothing to defend against went on the offience with Aiden.

"Impedimenta!!" they both cast.

Darien swore and strenthened the shields, turning to Diana.
"Diffindo." The ropes snapped, and he turned to face the twins.
"Serpensortia..." He hissed, a snake bursting out of his wand and heading for the twins.

The twins smirked as they saw the snake approach them

"Like they say "a good defense is the best offense"

Pointing their wands at the snake the two cast "Serpensortia" as well produceing twin rattler snakes.

Darien grinned. "Snake fight!"
He laughed and waved his wand over his snake, covering it in a strange chainmail, wearing a helmet with a lance attached and little spikes at random intervals on it's back.
"He has to look cool." He defended as the looks on the others' faces said it all.
He sighed and flicked his wand again, giving the snake a colourful sash in red and silver, declaring 'D+D'.
"There, now it's a mix of two houses...I think I'll name him...Salaric. Go Salaric!"
But Darien non-verbally cast protego around himself and Diana for good measure, to avoid a surprise attack losing them the fight.
