Professor Kiara's AP office

((Yeah I know. LOL))

Kiara sat at her desk going over her lesson plan for her next class.

"Yes I think they will enjoy it" she said with a smile and as she got all the paper work ready and wandlessly place it in her in with her other class files.

Her wandless magic was considerably stronger now since she had hurt her wand arm and she wasn't tired any more. Which was a plus.

((Later after meeting in HM office))

"Err today is just cursed, what else could go wrong?" said Kiara as she transfigured her normal chair in to a recliner, and sat down.

Her whole body ached and she felt terrible after everything that happened that day.

"Huh... being dog piled on was the highlight of my day it seems"

Diana rushed into the office, located the floo powder, threw it in the flames and contacted home.

"Hello?" Diana said her head appearing in the Casillas' house in Spain. "Anyone? Is there anyone out there?"

"Abuelo?" No answer. "Abuela?" Still no answer. "Tia?" Silence.

She pulled her head out of the flames. She threw more Floo Powder into the fire and contacted her parents.

"Mom?" Diana said. "Papa? Are you there?"

"Diana?" Sally-Ann said nearing the flames.

"Mom!" Diana said relieved. "Where is everyone? I called the house in Spain and no one was there."

"Oh Diana, didn't you get the owl?" Sally-Ann said concerned.

"Owl?" Diana suddenly had a very unpleasant lurch in her stomach. She didn't like her mother's tone. There was something wrong. "What owl?"

"Your uncle, Amando... he past away." Sally-Ann nearly sobbed.

"What?!" Diana said in shock. "No.. but... he's in Egypt." She said as if that made any difference.

Sally-Ann shook her head. "It was in the tomb he was trying to un-curse. There were very strong magical wards that... killed him. They say it was an accident. But your everyone else doesn't think so."

"What do you mean?" Diana frowned, she didn't like the sound of that.

"He was working with a Vaight..." Sally-Ann said coldly. "The family's pressing charges."

Diana felt the blood drain out of her face. No. This was bad. It was very bad.

"I have to leave," Sally-Ann said. "Diana please tell Nick."

Diana nodded in shock and pulled her head out of the flames.

"Professor... my uncle died," Diana said hardly able to believe it herself.

Kiara looked up shocked. "I am very sorry Miss Casillas, you may go to your family if you wish. Should I contract you cousin for you?"

"Yes, please Professor." Diana said nodded.

Kiara murmered a spell on the spear she picked for from the tomb and charmed a quill to write down all the data adout all the curses on it and how it couldn't have been used deliberately by a human hand.

Her eyes widened at the strong curses on it and a defensive spell that was set to go off if anyone tried to break it.

"What was in that tomb anyway that needs such garding?" she mumbled, as the spell finally stopped.

Armando, elated, and floating on the very ground he walked on, knocked on the Advanced Spells Office.

Kiara gassped at the knock on the door and quickly put the spear away, along with i't anylasis.

"Come in" she said.

It seemed like the doors opened on its own accord.

Armando waltz in a grin pretty much glued on his face.

"Kiara!" Armando said with glee. "She said 'yes'!"

Kiara smiled "See what did I tell you? I told you she would say yes" she laughed. As she got up form her desk.

'Congratualations"

"Muchas Gracias!" Armando said hugging the Headmistress. "I feel muy, muy feliz!"

"Thank you! You've done so much for us! How could I ever replay you?" Armando said releasing her.

Kiara laughed, "I can"t think of anything at the moment, but you are very welcome."

"I wish you both the best of happiness Armando, truly" she said honestly.

Armando smiled and sat down. "I've never felt happier in my life."

He grinned. "I know, this is probably a personal question but... have you ever been in love before?"

Kiara smiled and a image of Ciaran (lol) flash in front of her eyes.

"Yes I have, it is a thrilling feeling isn't it?" she asked.

Armando nodded. "Absolutely nothing like it."

He then smiled. "So, what happened with this love of yours?"

Kiara blushed "The one I have now is new, we haven't really known eachother for very long so we still getting to know eachother...."

Then she looked away.

"but if it is my first love you are talking about....he... well the didn't work out"

"Ah yes," Armando said smiling. "The early stages of love."

Armando frowned at Kiara's mention of her first love, slightly, "How so? That is, if you don't mind me asking."

A certain sadness entered her eyes though she tried not to show it.

"A death in the family changed him, when she died the good part of him died as well. As I said before grief changes the way people think.... he couldn't cope"

Kiara sighed and shook her head, "I am sorry you just get engaged, and I bring this up. Ignore me..... I am happy for you really"

"I am sorry to hear that." He said earnestly. He shouldn't asked. She'd done so much for them and he brings about an unwanted memory.

"But you say that there is a new love?" Armando said at an attempt to lighten the mood.

Kiara nodded thankfull he changed the topic, she didn't want reveal who had died it may have hit Armando to close to home, concidering he had a child on the way.

"Yes his name is Ciaran McConn, he came to cheer me up after the horrible triwizrd mess. Merlin knows I needed it, and I must say he did a marvalus job concidering how down in the dumps it was. I am starting to care for him, and I am hoping the feeling is mutual. We will see" she smiled.

"Ciaran McConn you say?" Armando said. "Is he a staff member?"

"Yes, it is quite a scandal you have in your hands. Two Champions from Hogwarts, though, I shall not mask how much it pleases me that one of them is my niece and the other, Calista's."

"Ciaran is not a staff member, he is Horatio's nephew" Kiara smilled , "We believe he and Porfessor Delanqar set is up. We simply have to many things in common for it to be coinincidece. Even his name is the same meaning as mine" she said

"I will also have to chat will Miss Vaight, fine out what possesed her to submit her name. Twp Champion never have a good track record" Kiara said with a sighed.

"I hope things run smoothly here on out of course"
